Well done!

F-5, hands down. Better avionics, better visibility and better flight controls within DCS IMHO. Park them side by side and tell me which one you really want to fly ... ;)

It is addictive!

Quite an accomplishment. "By the mid-1980s, Swedish Viggen fighter pilots, using the predictable patterns of Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird routine flights over the Baltic Sea, had managed to achieve missile lock-on with radar on the SR-71 on numerous occasions. Despite heavy jamming from the SR-71, target illumination was maintained by feeding target location from ground-based radars to the fire-control computer in the Viggen. The most common site for the lock-on to occur was the thin stretch of international airspace between Öland and Gotland that the SR-71 used on the return flight.[83][84][85] The Viggen is the only aircraft to get an acknowledged radar lock on the SR-71." Source: Wikipedia post. Of cource, we now need the DCS Blackbird to recreate these historic encounters! :D

Thanks for the LUA lines ... will try some adjustments. I made no changes to your mod. I placed them as AI helos at Tonopah Test Range airfield as engine running ramp starts. They taxied out levitating all the way until takeoff. :) ... I like a little coffee in my milk.

Hawkeye60, What LUA file and line do I modify to get the SH-3 and SH-60 mods to not float above the ramp/runway? When placed in the ME they are about 3-4 feet above the ground floating. Levitational helos don't arrive in DCS World until 2050. Maybe you're just ahead of your time! ;) Kudos for the SH-3! P.S. Any progress on the F-35 canopy fix?

Can someone post an in-game screenshot of an airborne external view of the F-35 zoomed into the canopy area? -
Here's an oldie but goodie on your topic of interest: or Push the stick forward to make the trees bigger ... Pull the stick back to make them smaller ... Better to run out of ideas than airspeed ... ;)

FYI - see my new thread on the Nevada Airport Directory. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=2957507#post2957507 Cheers! -
For all of those looking for an authoritative source of Nevada public airport data: Nevada DOT Aviation Website - http://www.nevadadot.com/About_NDOT/NDOT_Divisions/Planning/Aviation/Airport_Directory.aspx Nevada Airport Directory - http://www.nevadadot.com/uploadedFiles/NDOT/About_NDOT/NDOT_Divisions/Planning/Aviation/2014_AIRPORT_DIRECTORY.pdf You'll find lots of good info in the airport directory and at the Nevada DOT Aviation website. Enjoy and fly safe in the DCS Nevada skies! I decided to create a couple of COMM/NAV cards for everyone using NTTR 2.0.4. This requires the use of the following Beacons.lua mod: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=160590 I incorporated all the data from gospadin's excellent NAVAID update to the Nevada Terrain. You should be able to drop these into your iPad PDF reader or favorite aircraft kneeboard viewer. This is Version 1.0. Feedback welcome. Keep the faith! We all eagerly await The Scooter!

I want an EMP blaster to level the playing field ... LOL

Bewsher, I presume this mod idea could "enhance" the ALCMs also? I'm tired of the MiG-21 having the LNO capability all by it's self. :D

I raise a glass to toast Bob Hoover ... The man who wrote the book on energy management. RIP

Excellent choice IMHO! Who cares about the rotorheads! :D

Many Air Refueling Tracks are linear and "long" routes of waypoints as you say. Anchor "tracks" can be rather tight oval racetracks, but not circular. The linear tracks are primarily, but not necessarily for bombers and transports. The anchor tracks are mainly for fighter refueling. I'd puke if I flew in circles constantly for 8-12 hours. :D

IMHO you'll be happy with the 1070 ... I know I have been so far.

Excellent!

Why can't we have ANY airdrop function in the DCS World Mission Editor for the AI C-17 and C-130? Anything that could be triggered with a chute. We have sling loads for helos. C'mon ED, show some love to the heavies! :)
