Apologies for the error. I was testing the mission using our internal build of the software, in which both MFCD's show the DSMS page when Quick Look is engaged. Updated the mission for version 1.1.0.8.

Еще несколько полезных слов. Тренировочные миссии неизбежно заточены под управление командами HOTAS. Это одна из главных фичей ЛА, который мы моделируем. Поэтому желательно ознакомится и распечатать таблицу или рисунок вашего профиля HOTAS, особенно если это не TM HOTAS Warthog. Можно начать со страницы с HOTAS командами в руководстве пилота. По поводу команды установления SPI, даже на англ. Форуме встречались проблемы. В основном это или пользователь нажимает короткую команду вместо длинной или ограничения — когда SPI ставится на ИЛС, существует ограничение по дальности, где-то 10-13nm. Поэтому в миссии навигации SPI нужно ставить в самом низу ИЛС. Мы сделали новую миссию для новичков. В ней обсуждаются базовые понятия управления HOTAS/SOI/SPI. Да, небольшой косяк. Этот шаг был заблокирован в миссии и я решил его разблокировать. Не уследил за подсветокой. Исправим. Постараюсь добавить. Тут дело в том, что в версии 1108, которая у вас, дисплеи уже включены при холодном старте и этот шаг вообще не нужен. Можно ничего не делать и миссия продолжится. Но в патче 1109 экраны будут выключены по умолчанию, поэтому этот шаг будет нужен. Да, это нормально. Техническое ограничение триггеров. А вот это облом. Видимо случайно сохранил не в том месте. Будем править.

Что-бы вернуть ГСН на ось ЛА, нажми 'C' (команда РУД China Hat назад). Что-бы гиростабилизировать для прицеливания, нажми LCTRL + Стрелка Вниз (команда РУС TMS Вниз).

Да ладно, я уже давно на вампирский график перешел. :) Сейчас вкладываю аудио файлы в миссии и тестирую. Через пару часов будет.

Я думаю дело в том, что окончательная фраза пытается передать смысл, что кабина А-10С более "стеклянная" чем кабина А-10А, но действительно стеклянной ее не назовешь по современным стандартам. То есть перевод с исправлением замысла оригинала. :)

When I downloaded and installed a Steam version to test this problem, it worked correctly, so there is something more subtle going on than a general Steam installation problem. If anything, my first suspect would be the 32bit OS, which both of you also have in common.

У нас в планах этого нету, но я думаю что не сложно будет на форуме организовать. Только наверное уже с Русской озвучкой, т.к. чтение субтитров даже в игре не очень удобно, а на видео наверное еще труднее будет.

Мои советы по поводу обучения в А-10С. Даже при успешном проходе всех тренировочных миссий с первого раза, они требуют несколько часов внимания, поэтому я бы рекомендовал начинать с Быстрого Старта и Быстрых Миссий из главного меню. Быстрый Старт довольно короткий док, который поможет в течение полу часа получить представление об управлении самолетом и оборудованием, полетать и пострелять. Далее можно идти на тренировочные миссии и по возможности "атаковать" руководство пилота. Лично я рекомендую проходить миссии в оконном режиме, что-бы можно было спокойно переходить из игры в мануалы или на какие-то странички форума/браузера где может быть вспомогательная информация. В миссиях много текста, поэтому желательно использовать паузу для прожевывания абзацев. Некоторые миссии возможно придется проходить несколько раз, это вполне нормально. Не забывайте про возможность ускорять время. Это очень помогает при повторном проходе миссий. В большинстве миссий автопилот включается автоматически, но это можно делать самому по желанию, миссии это не сломает. Кнопка АП - "Q" или "A". Далее есть много дополнительных ресурсов для обучения на форуме и на официальной Wiki. Конечно все это сейчас на Английском, но тем не менее может быть полезным. Рекомендую собирать тренировочный материал на Русском там-же (но в Русскоязычной части). Удачи!

It's normal for your HSI to be a few degrees off to the right. That's the difference between the true and magnetic headings for the runway. Your goal is go have the CDI (center needle) and course needle lined up in the center of the HSI, but they will both show a few degrees to the right of the runway heading when you're lined up. You can adjust for this by setting the HSI to something like 127 degrees (but only after getting past the step that asks for 130). As for altitude, the actual glideslope intercept altitude varies depending on how far you are from the airfield. Since the training mission has no way of knowing exactly where you will be making the final turn, it takes a conservative low-end of the likely altitude at 2500 ft. This way as you near the runway, you're sure to intercept the glideslope in case you came in low. If you come in high, you will never intercept the glideslope as it gets lower the closer you are to the runway. You can do one thing at a time - first complete the turn to line up with the runway so that your HSI needles are together. Then adjust for altitude. Glad you got it working. FYI, your track still plays back correctly in my Steam version (except I don't see the mouse cursor). Not saying you did anything wrong, but I suspect a fresh install of the Steam version would have probably worked as well.

You could also try downloading the full 1108 version from the DCS site instead of the Steam version.

Thanks, the track worked fine. Unfortunately, in my game, the ILS panel works correctly and the frequencies are moved as you turn the knobs. I was testing using the publicly released 1.1.0.8 version. I'm now downloading the Steam version as well and will check there once it's installed. Did we confirm if your game version is up to date? You should have a version number if you open the About/Game Credits function in the ME. It looks to me like there is something wrong with a cockpit script file somewhere, perhaps related to the game version. I'll see what it looks like on my Steam version, but for now I would suggest a fresh install and update from Steam.

Negative, asks me to log in. DS, FSXHD pointed out above that this problem exists in all missions, not just the training missions. Can you confirm if this also the case for you? At the very least, we should then move this problem out of the training missions section and into the input problems section. Unfortunately, I really am not sure what to suggest, other than a clean re-install of the sim perhaps.

Sorry, I'm at a bit of a loss as to what may be the problem. One thing to try is maybe alt-tab out of the mission and back in to see if the memory dump will clear some kind of input or animation bug. We've also seen cases where users need to pause/unpause a couple of times to fix input issues.

You attached the mission file itself, not the recording of you flight. However, it does seem to be the updated mission. Still, it might be useful to see your actual track. You can save a track by running the mission from the Mission Editor. The save track option will be provided in the debrief screen. This sounds strange. Possibly a weird keyboard issue? I just tested this in the release version of 1108. Mapped the ILS keys to combinations of RWIN + arrow keys. Worked fine (though step is too large for precise frequency control). And your mouse wheel doesn't work when scrolling it over the knobs?

Hi DS, Most users reported that when they DO adjust to the frequency requested by the instructor, the training mission fails to proceed. This issue is fixed in the updated missions for 1108. However, you are saying that you are unable to adjust the frequency at all. Is that correct? I'm only aware of one other user having reported such a problem. To save a track of your flight, you can open the mission through the Mission Editor. When you exit the mission, you will then be presented with a Debriefing screen, where you can save a track.

Could you provide a track of your flight, so we can make sure you have the correct version of the mission? The key combination to fire weapons is RALT + SPACE. Is this what you're pressing?
