How do people make skins without the template? For example, the f14a description.lua has no info in the livery=. Only id=#. Where do you start? Thanks

Anyone use this mod and have the same problem? I like the sounds, especially the afterburner, but I can't tell when I have been hit. I get hit with a missile in the original sound and it makes me jump half the time.

Idle Temps about 33C but if I stress test it shoots to 100C almost instantly. I'm not gonna mess with it until the new cooler comes. This is my first Intel. Seems like the same crap as AMD.

I needed a Bios update. Now it's at 1.230v and x44. If anyone else with a Gigabyte motherboard needs to do this, download Gigabyte App center. It has a tool called @Bios that makes it easy. Thanks for the help.

Jester, I can't edit the title. Sorry for the confusion. Demon, CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E), I enabled and disabled but the voltage remains 1.432 either way.

I just set this up and Cpu-z shows the core voltage at 1.432V and the multiplier is at x44? I am running the stock cooler because I believe the pump on my watercooler died. I have a CRYORIG R1 on the way. Motherboard is a Gigabyte Z97x- Gaming Gt. I haven' t messed with any settings in the UEFI BIOS. Isn't 1.432 v way too much?

Anybody read Thud Ridge? I read it about 25yrs ago. I remember where an F-105 pilot ran out of gas just as he was hooking up but once you get hooked up the pressure can pull you along. Something like that anyway. My point is, maybe once you are attached it should be a bit easier?

Noob at Multiplayer question. They mix aircraft in multiplayer? How do you IFF in an Su27 if you don't have an Awacs datalink to the Head Down Display? The Russian aircraft don't have the X when locking on to a target.

I downloaded a bunch of F18c skins from the user files section. The pilots either have gold helmets or are completely gold. Example file: VMFA-323 Death Rattlers The VFA-113 Stingers works fine, though. I copied and pasted the Stinger pilot into the Death Rattlers file and changed the name but no luck. How do i fix this? Thanks.

I have just noticed this recently, that when the AI try to land in pairs, they abort at the last second and usually end up crashing.

Soulres, optical cable out on motherboard -> optical sat in Sony STR-K990 reciever -> subwoofer. This is how I set it up for PS3 and it worked fine. I think it needs Dolby Digital or something from an audio card.

I am trying to connect a Sony STR-K990 home theater system to my PC. I would like to use the subwoofer to get the bass rumble but i can't get it configured. My motherboard is Asrock 990fx Extreme 9 with an optical cable and s/pdif out. Any Tips? Thanks

Sometimes Dcs feels like it was made in the 80's. Waiting 20 minutes in WT for FRB and people having an advantage in HB using mouse aim, kills it. If they could put the DCS World/map in sections and you choose a section to make missions, I wonder if they could match the graphics. The water in the tropical maps in WT is awesome. In DCS it feels like you are looking though binoculars backwards.
