  1. Looking very god How much would you say the project has cost so far?
  2. I will see what i can do when I have some time
  3. Please don't recommend parts sellers in my thread thanks
  4. I am not sure what you mean by a working component? If you are concerned that I will start making plug and play NVIS back lit control panels I would not worry.
  5. I am not sure I looked at putting them on Shapway. I have casted knobs in the past. I would need to remold my knobs to sell any.It would all depend on the demand.
  6. There are a few parts that belong to both F-16 block 52 and A-10C The IP-1310 RWR indicator the ARU 42A , Map light on the MIP, The Hydraulic pressure indicators on the MIP, The CMSP/ EWMU Panel, The Oxygen Panel on the right console can be, the AAU-3A on the right .The ANARC 164 , Utility light, The grip. please don't belive someone that says the ejection seat is the same in both yes both ACES II but different models, The Rudder pedals are completely different do to the layout of the cockpits and seat angles. This is the short list please don't waste a bunch of money on something for the A-10C made by someone that only has access to F-16 parts and information. You will regret it.
  7. Here is a short vid on guided rockets https://www.facebook.com/135207298748/videos/10155365541998749/
  8. Beautiful work you have a great pit there with no reason to rebuild a thing. Congratulations!!
  9. A steal of a deal !! You can not beat the prices for huey panels at the moment!!!
  10. purchase the real panels on ebay usually for the cost of two or three switches
  11. That depends on the control the panel is for and how it is lit.
  12. There are three different components to the control panel a solid backlit plate made from Acrylic. By solid i mean it had been milled or molded at the correct thickness cut outs have been made for nuts and other mounting hardware. Attached to the backlit plate there is a PCB with the incandescent bulbs or LEDs and power supply plug . The back support plate made from 14 gauge 0.064 inch aluminum that the switches and indicators are mounted on. Using a piece of acrylic or anything but the Aluminum plate for this is a waste of money in my experience.
  13. You lost me, care to share who is using solid acrylic? besides Simparts de?
  14. Looks great thanks for the info!!
  15. Yes I have a list the search was extensive my criteria was one piece construction for the back lit plate with a pcb for under $150.00 max each. There is no stress for me here and i am not sure whom is in the we here. Besides the now and then request for more free plans. I still have not seen any one build a cockpit from the free plans yet. I have not had any one new asking about projects. so i am not seeing any demand really. the list of companies asked for price quotes. SimParts .de to expensive PCFlights multilayer construction does not meet my spec homecockpitsolutions.com goflightinc.com Refused simtekinc.com Refused flightdecksolutions.com Refused http://lynx.dk/ Refused http://hispapanels.com multilayer construction does not meet my spec As I have ask you not to represent me in any way of form in the past I would stat the same now Thanks
  16. I have all ready seen the results of that type of agreement on VP it did not end well. I have all so all so had my own experience with sharing information here on the form and having it plagiarized. The site that occurred on is no longer up and running when i pointed it out to the person running the site they explained to me once i post any information on the net it is no longer my information but anyone can do anything with it. I thanksed him for the education and have since not posted any real information or measurements on the net. This is very unfortunate for my fellow home builder but i refuse to donated thousands of hour of work on 3d Models and taken from thousands of dollars worth of equipment. To companies that are making SWAGed A-10C parts for a profit. Yes the still watch these forms.
  17. I presented the opportunity to every company I could find on line plus one or two members here the results have been posted. I approached Warhog log ago he all so refused. I am not interested it working with some one that does not have the experience to make a quality product or that wants to make panels to pay for their pit from my plans. I all so don't think there is the demand to make a large run of the panels that would pay back the investment in equipment for me to make the panels. The core of the A-10C full cockpit builders along with their skill set and willingness to work with me may make a very small run of high quality accurate replica panels possible. For the group of builders I am currently associated with but not a general release to the public the is based solely on the lack of interest/ offers in real parts I have posted for sale in the last year.
  18. Guys there is a sub section of the form Home Cockpits https://forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=101 where a variety of cockpits are all ready post come on over and join the builders
  19. Recently I have tried to outsource back lit light plates made form my 3d models referencing my real panels. I have receive bids from $150 with out PCB to over 600 euros still with out a PBC. All of these bids I have found to be more expensive than the community will support. So regrettably panels will not be for sale until I find a professional company that wants to work with the limited numbers of A-10C builders.
  20. get a cheep set of David Clark H10-76 and rebuild them with commercial drivers.
  21. flap switch # Added to list
  22. Great work !!!
  23. Sweet the preview look really good
