get rid of the Amphenol connector/ cannon connector they are expensive and have key ways that line up if they don't well it is a pain in the but and the connector does not fit. I would suggest you get a I/O board perhaps a http://www.leobodnar.com/products/BU0836/ other have used these and there are plenty of tutorials on line trace out the switches on you real Throttle and connect it all up and there ya go.

Your basically wrong here the MS33558 spec covers one letter and numerical style that was used on older panels and is now available as a commercial font. MS33558 does not control or dictate the style or type of font that can be used on an aircraft"s interior panels M I L - M - 1 8 0 1 2 B would cover that and other specifics dealing with panels. The first original black sheep skin seat cover I have was made by Conrad. The one I just picked up and cleaned up is an Oregon Areo and it is more comfortable.

I am not sure how you know what i paid for them? Only the second set I have seen in 10 years and only a few dollars more than a set of reproduction cushion. So I wouldn't say they were that expensive for what I am doing.

I picked up a used set of ACES II seat cushions made by Oregon Aero. The seat cushion is black sheep skin and contoured unlike the flat original type. I cleaned it up with a card and it looks all most new. the seat back is complete different from the older style with added lumbar support looks to be fairly comfortable. Hopefully I will get some time to try them out.
