    Pretty sure you must change profiles to resync or just sync to one of the rotarys.

    Clean your C:\ drive (incl C\:Users\Appdata) manually. Also go into Regedit, do a find for Simappro and remove any entry's Restart and reinstall

    You have a system problem. Remove Simappro via add/remove. Do a search in your C:\drive for anything SImappro related and delete it manually. Install this.......https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Restart then re-install the latest version Also ensure you have excluded SImappro in your anti virus software

    If you have a laptop, load the displaylink drivers and plug the problem screen in. If it works, you have an issue with your system
