O.o that is the weirdest thing! the only thing i could think of is video drivers. never seen that before! just try updating all your drivers, even give BIOS a try.

how is someone to become a better pilot if all those are enabled? servers on hyperlobby strive to create a realistic scenario you are lucky you even have map view on some. if you cannot play with settings on medium then cunsult some mods like "FPS improvement mods" there are some out there that can really boost your frames

Theres is no way to tell for sure the virus came from the patches. Viruses can be dorment for the longest LONGEST time and when you install something like a patch it will use it to infect your computer SO There is No way you can say that this patch is infected when you are the only one to get it!

there was once a commercial on TV for a bug exterminator or something where it had a cockroach crawling on the TV screen and it was in the news a while later that it got pulled because so many people were smashing their TV's because they thought it was real LOL :)
