My joystick must be crappy then, which it very well is, but it gets me through the missions just fine so I shouldn't complain. :joystick:

Agreed that their should be diagonal slew commands for the tgp/mav i have a tendency I am trying to break in using the keyboard for my hotas and so far this has been the hardest one for that very reason.

you should also start using a download manager firefox has several of them.

Played the single player surrounded mission for the first time this afternoon. The shilka's didn't pose much of a problem for me, the surprise at the end definitely made my wing man jettison his stores and eventually eject. And made me limp home on one engine. Mission complete tho! :thumbup:

Made it in to Batumi on my first try, brain farted on my HOTAS mic keys so couldnt get a hold of ATC and get the QFE. Good thing I was solo. :megalol: Attached the track if anyone wants to watch/critique it. ILSBatumi.trk

I am sure hung stations can occur for a numerous amount of reasons with all weapons, pure speculation tho. As for the 5 mil, I believe you would need to changer your consent to release in the hud after the bit test to 5mil, otherwise it will use a default for that weapon. Don't qoute me on that tho and if I am wrong I am happy to hear the correct way. :)

Your trim and HOTAS commands are going to be your most frequently used commands. Of course I have only been flying this sim for about three weeks, so I could be wrong. And I am sure there are other commands others assign to their joystick buttons. I would start with your trim, and then your HOTAS controls especially HOTAS TMS FWD(left cntrl+up) and also HOTAS China FWD(V)

I little off topic, I am definitely jealous of the real deal. That said, it was definitely a impressive performance and if anyone at that show got as excited as I did seeing the A-10C's performance, I bet they were at the recruiters station that afternoon. As, to what was dumping from the jet no clue here, it looked like it originated from just fwd of his tail and was centered, but as he rolled it seemed to be a little more off center. I guess a question I would have, if it is fuel dumping that close to the engines, does it pose a good risk of igniting?

Not sure if any of you played Jane's Fleet Command, but just about every weapon that could be used to destroy an incoming missile or aircraft would be used. The probability of 3 weapons taking out a target versus 1 is huge, the CIWS is the last ditch defense for a ship. I watched russian cruisers knock my harpoons out of the sky with their 76mm and larger guns in that game.

Good idea, I have xfire as well, used it in my bf2 days. I also think this would make a great addition.

This helped a lot with the sensitive controls jerky movements. Q: Why are my controls too sensitive? A: The default axis settings for the stick and be a bit touchy for some. Sickdog Great idea, and great app! I was wondering why they didn't include a kneeboard of some sort that contained checklists, mission data, weapon profiles, and the like in the game. Kudos to you for eliminating the need for it.

:) Yeah, even a point in the right direction for the earlier patches, everything pre 1.1.06 would be great.

Where can I find this .08 full install, I can't find any of the patches before 1.1.0.6 and am currently running 1.1.0(Thanks Steam) Haha.
