No I don't think so,the pictures you have supplied YoYo are of aircraft that have been left out in the weather for display for years,and the metal has obviously become weathered or tarnished. I think Razbam has got it right,as their skins show an aircraft with new metal,or an aircraft that has been cared for in a hangar. My two pennies worth anyway.

.....Agreed,but at present it looks as is if it has been left in it's grey primer,it's certainly not the bare aluminium as per the rest of the aircraft. This is my point.small potatoes,but it would be nice to see it right.

Thanks mithandra,it shows up,as the rest of the aircraft skin looks so nice,kudos to the texture artist/creator,this metal work really looks the business. IMHO the best bare metal work of any module.....it really is first class.

The Antenna on the forward part of the fuselarge looks as if it is untextured or it has just been left unpainted........is this as it should be ? Does'nt look right,maybe it's just me ?

It's amazing that the F-4 has not been created to date,it was such an iconic aircraft and a real adversary to all the post war Eastern Block aircraft that have already been created for DCS. Business wise,who ever creates this will make money,no question,it's a very business savy choice to create IMHO. Personally I hope a F-4D or F-4E model is created,but at present this is just academic.

A clean or un weathered version would be very nice,not a great fan of the current version,that with all respect,resembles my old grandfather's garden shed. If it was the iconic turquoise green colour too,even better. So we live in hope

Can anyone tell me the procedure for dropping bombs with the VSN F-4E Phantom which uses the F-15C cockpit please. Everything's set up nicely,I can use the cannon and launch air to air missiles but can't find a way of dropping ordnance. The payload for the F-4E includes bombs so I presume it is possible,any help or advice would be warmly appreciated,thank you.

+1 I concur,there is definitely a problem with the P-51D 75 Gal Droptank textures.....these are corruptions,I checked today 24th Feb 2019. This is cannot be intentional,my guess is they have forgotten to rename the textures from BMP to DDS,for the current v2.5 that requires this alteration. Devs please fix this,these are corruptions that require addressing asap,thank you.

Any MODS activated by JGSME will be deactivated when you update via DCS,so yes these mods will require you to activated them again once you have updated. Do this by deactivating from JGSME then activating them again.

Looking forward to the MiG-19P.......but this kind of info does beg the question,why RAZBAM decided to model the 'P' and not the 'S'. In most Theatres of combat in the 20th Century it was the 'S' model,that was commonly used,and not the 'P'.The manual available to model the MiG-19 on,or to gather data from,was on the 'S' model. So one can only ask why the 'P' ?.....I am genuinely intrigued.I am in no way criticising their decision,just making an observation of the thought process behind it. However,I hope a future update will incorporate the 'S',that will be warmly appreciated.
