i am pretty sure that you dont have to do anything for the resolution, that is what i run too. I am sure though that my screen automatically ajusts, i never had a problem, but you might. i dont think so though. i dont know what you mean by aa and what not. something is wrong here... i dont know what is happening. i dont know how this got posted 3 times... anyway- howcome when i put a url into my signature box it increases the size of the picture. So if i were to put my sig on it would take up a bigger space than what i wanted? I want to post my sig, but it just pops up too large. I know that it is only 300 by 100 or something like that. So if i put it up here it wouldnt show up as that size but more like 1000 by 500 and very distorted. i am sure i am doing this right. Maybe i should go to bed

britradardude- Thanks for the reply, and i had thought about that. i was just wondering though if they could set it so it is only processing the traffic within your terrain preload settings and possible visibility range. Maybe then you wouldnt have such a hit on fps. Correct me if i am wrong. But it also seems that none of this will ever happen since i dont know how to change it.

I was redownloading hot zone and flanker just to see if i could find the scenes. I new that you caould add vehicles. I am just wondering, in my opinion, i think without adding vehicles in mission editor, that there are too few civilain vehicles. Is there something that someone can do to multiply the amount of vehicles that ramdonly show up? Like make a mod for it? or can someone find the folder and maybe direct me to change it myself? is it something that is possible. I think that would make a good mod. Like in the cities, wouldnt they have more vehicles wandering around as it is? Help? for that matter could you also mod in more trains a civilain boats?

I was watching some lockon movie and i saw a really sweet clip. It showed a flyby looking at a town but there were lots of cars. I mean lots. I have civilain traffic turned on and i still never get that many lods on the ground. It was like a traffic jam, i bet there where 50-60 vehicles all sitting within a mile of each other a driving, not just sitting there. Is there a mod for this, or is there some setting where i can change how my vehicles i can have i certain areas? or do you thing the movie maker spent his or her time plotting courses for all those vehicles. (i cant remember which movie it was, but it is pissin me off!) Maybe if i find the vid i can let you know.

Just a few questions, i had to reinstall flaming cliffs last week so i have been adding some mods. I was just wondering, what is the diff between zzzspaces sound mod and archer's? Which one do poeple use more? I am trying to make some vids so which one. I understand they are made by diff authors so which one is stronger in which areas? (ex-afterburners, props, explosion etc...) Thanks for replys in advance

just my opinion, i have a ATI 1800 and my dad a nvidia 7900. They are almost identical from what i compare, and our computers are pretty much identical. The ati runs lockon better. I would highly recomend those. My dad got the nvidia for 230$ while to 1800 was more expensive if bought new, but i was a refurbished card. I recomend either of these cards. But if you need it more, i would go for the new cpu or ram, i upgraded from 1 to 2 gegs of really fast ram. I think that is what made lockon run like it does now for me!

I know a guy not to far from me who does some work just as good as this...but he never wants to go public, kind of a hermit type, but he has the best plastic models i have ever seen with my own eyes! My models dont compare! Those pics shown too are amazing. I really enjoy see this stuff. Just shows what some money and junk loads of time can do.

ya, could i have the link to that free f-15 too? and any other free aircraft that are good? All the ones i find cost.

No, i didnt...I dont have dish or cable, just 6 channels and a crappy tv. I make up for it in my computer though! But whenever i get to a good tv, my fav channels are the military channel, history, and discovery wings! Those are the best channels! Hearing what you said makes me dream. I have never reached mach 1 in the frog with no weapons or feul in a strait and level flight...but i have in the su-25t...that is interesting.

This person sent me this email... Hi all Has anyone got any pictures or details of a 92nd Hog, which had a yelleow lightning bolt which went from the Font of the canopy to just before the gun, with the Skulls patch 1/2 way down the bolt. I have seen one picture of this hog, but have never managed to find out any further details. Sorry I haven't got the a/c code. Or if anyone has any pictures of 81st TFW hogs with special paint work or 78th TFS Hogs with the snake on the tailband and canopy rail please get in touch. I would certainly play on line if i knew what was happening. After reading the breifing and starting i just get blown to bits, and i dont even know what happened. I have played single player for a while, so i dont expect to be good online, just understand what happened when i died. I dont know, maybe i need to start from the basics, i am sure i would fly online if i could, i just dont have enough time... i seem to have other excuses, but it all comes down to me not knowing and just plain sucking...

so if i change those settings, i can look around the back at 180 or 190 in an a-10 or f-15, or is that for russian planes only. Why does then the russians need a seat fix and the other american planes dont?

Now i havent been able to expeirence some of these dynamic campains you talk about but let me tell you... Battle of Britain 1 and 2 has an excellent dynamic campain. Falcon is alright, along with some of the others... Pacific Fighters Dynamic Campain is horrable, i would just rather play a regular campain, considerding that the dynamic campain just adds a point system. THE BEST DYNAMIC CAMPAIN EVER in my opinion has to be THE RED BARON. Yes folks, that really old WWI game. That had the best ever dynamic campain. It would make you feel like a part of the war. In every other dynamic campain or campain for that matter that i have seen it just doesnt seem "realistic" compared to THE RED BARON. I think i would probably die of shock if i ever run across a dynamic campain that good again...:thumbup:

I have heard the Iran thing too. If i remember reading on foxnews.com that the venesualan president threatened the US do stop doing something or they would sell military arms and such to Iran. (i forget that something) This may have included those f-16s, but i dont know how for this has escaladed. I think this just happened last week... ...correct me if i am wrong

ya, i guess i have seen most of those and didnt consider them. I have a lot of games now, i was just wondering about anything coming up soon. I dont know about armedassualt(why is it different) ... and most of the others i have. what is fighter ops, and what is half life... never looked into those... what is cool about them. I am tring the demo for advanced warfighter, dont know if i am going to get it. Microsoft x doesnt come out till late 2006 also including splintercell double agent and incrysis. Lockon BS i aint sure. (is anyone?) Does anyone know of any good games for pc coming out soon, air simulation or not, that would be fun and good to play?
