I got in touch with the company who actually sent the board to let them know our parcels got mixed up. Once verified, we organised a swap between epolta and their customer :)

Hello VIRPILs! We’ve been getting a lot of questions about when our worldwide store will be restocked after the 1st October opening day rush. We’re now pleased to confirm that stock will be available to purchase from 19th October! This will mark the first step of our new production plan utilizing our factory to keep our webstore frequently restocked with our products. We will not just be sending over small parcels of 10’s of products - this first restock will include close to 1,000 units of combined stock. We will continue to keep the webstore stocked to keep up with the demand to try and ensure that no one has to wait to get an order in! The VPC Software can simply be used for calibration and profile swapping if you wish. All other functionality is optional and can be completed either within the sim or with 3rd party tools such as "Joystick Gremlin". If you're having some difficulties with the software, please feel free to get in touch, I'm always more than happy to help :thumbup:

It's not up-front fees. It would be on going fees (with selling on Amazon for example) - as I said it would be very simple to increase the product price to reduce the shipping cost, but in the end the total cost would be the same. We're of course always working to expand on distribution network in ways that brings real value to our customers but it's no simple task.

Getting this set up is not entirely difficult, but there are of course not insignificant fee's for selling on Amazon either as a third party seller, FBA or as a vendor. It'd be entirely possible to show a more palatable shipping cost by incorporating these fees into the cost of the product itself. But we would rather be as transparent as possible with the pricing - the prices are in fact better than the worldwide shipping costs we were able to offer previously via EMS. I'm sure if the VPC WarBRD for example was priced at 180-200 EUR instead of 150 EUR with only 10 EUR shipping there wouldn't be any mention of it. We've had a great number of orders from the US with the new store launch so we're glad to see the merge has been successful. We are always working to improve our distribution network to improve the ordering experience, merging our worldwide and EU stores was simply the next step as it offered better and cheaper worldwide shipping and better payment options. However, it certainly isn't the end point.

Yes everything was in stock, ready for dispatch. Everyone will get their shipping notification within 5 days as per the shipping information page :)

Some more MT-50 bases have been added to our webstore :)

The VPC WarBRD can be mounted to our desk mounts! The stock for these items had all been purchased this morning - however we're aiming to restock the store at the end of October.

Again - I must stress that support for the VPC MongoosT-50 base will be maintained. Every company (including our competitors) will go through revisions of products with the old ones being discontinued. It is nothing new or unique to VPC.

Support for the MongoosT-50 will be maintained of course, don't worry :)

Production on a new base is not about to start - we're still chasing demand on our current lineup of products! The MongoosT-50 base is being discontinued so that we can focus our efforts for the time being. We will be looking to evolve the MongoosT-50 in the future of course, but there is no ETA. So the VPC WarBRD will be our headliner for now. :thumbup:

Hello VIRPILs, We are very pleased to announce the launch of our new merged webstore combining our EU and Rest of World webstores. This will bring the benefits of PayPal, Braintree card payments and courier delivery options provided via TNT/FedEx to our rest of world customers! All prices will now be shown excluding VAT in Euros. Customers within the EU will have VAT added during the checkout automatically whereas our rest of world customers will pay the ex VAT price. Yes it will be! Price of the WarBRD base + MT-50 grip is €251.91 ex VAT. The Warthog grip does not have an analogue brake lever.
