Сегодня мы отмечаем вторую годовщину нашего самого первого публичного анонса о проекте МангусТ-50. Мы гордимся, что всего за два коротких года маленькая команда из четырёх энтузиастов превратилась в фабрику VIRPIL Controls (Гродно, Беларусь) с конструкторским отделом во главе с Романом Baur Дороховым, основателем бренда BRD. Мы расширили линейку продукции созданием серии устройств специально для космосимеров под названием VPC Constellation и выпуском настольной базы механики нового поколения — VPC WarBRD, которая является логическим усовершенствованным продолжением BRD-DS. Мы набрали высокий темп и не намерены замедляться! Для удовлетворения удивительного спроса на наши устройства мы продолжаем развивать собственное производство. Hello VIRPILs! We hope everyone has had a fantastic Christmas, getting all the flightsim gear they wanted! Today marks the 2nd anniversary of our very first public announcement detailing the MongoosT-50 project. In just two short years we've had many exciting developments including the opening of our own dedicated production factory in Belarus and appointing Baur of BRD fame as VIRPIL Control's Chief Designer! We've expanded our catalogue to include a new next-generation desktop base - the VPC WarBRD, which builds on the excellent design work of the proven BRD-DS Base. 2018 also marked the release of our VPC MongoosT-50 Throttle and the creation of the space-sim focused VPC Constellation Series. We have no intentions of slowing down though! Our production factory is being ramped up to cope with the amazing demand we've been experiencing. We've been scheduling frequent restocks roughly every 2 weeks since 1st October - now we're working to bring the production numbers up even further. A lot of work has been going into our factory, including new equipment and new staff. We've taken some photos around the new VIRPIL Controls factory to show to show everyone what's going on behind the scenes! Our product development team are also working around the clock on many exciting new projects. The next product we'd like to reveal today is our third unique grip design to our catalogue - the VPC WarBRD Grip! It's the perfect addition to our VPC WarBRD base, based on a very successful grip design found in many different types of aircraft over the years. Great news! Well - typically pots will have this sort of filter built into the firmware from the start, so you'd never notice. Our software and firmware is always evolving though so you get to see these progressions take place!

Anyone that's having some judder on this wheel axis - load up the VPC Software, click "Step 1. Load Device Profile" on the VPC MongoosT-50 Throttle. Double click on the axis that is giving you juddering - we've added a dynamic deadzone/filter "Dynamic (1/10)%". This is set as tenths of a percentage and will filter out these small judders without impacting the accuracy of the axis. Try setting it to "5", click "Save" at the lower right and then click "Step 3. Save Device Profile". Please report back!

So far we've restocked on the following dates with large quantities of stock: 1st October 19th October 2nd November 16th November However demand is incredibly high and the stock is purchased up quickly. There are 2 further restocks scheduled before the end of the year!

Our forums are a great resource for VPC users to help out other VPC users with common issues and I do try to chime in when I can - the priority is our direct support portal for urgent issues. I can confirm that most (if not all) the users who have posted on the forums, do also have direct tickets open and most cases are very easily and quickly resolved. Most ticket responses are within 24 hours up to 72 hours during particularly busy times. The VPC support team will of course grow to match the demand so there's no need to worry :)

Our support portal is under a lot of demand right now, we're working as fast as possible but no one is forgotten :thumbup: *EDIT* I think I found your ticket (requesting help to program the MongoosT-50 throttle?) - I had replied within 24 hours, currently awaiting your response to clarify what exactly you need help with :)

Yes! Cougar grip should work on the WarBRD without issue. To make way for the future! We're interested in evolving the MT-50 line up further in the future, but no ETA just yet.

It was very likely the last restock - however there have been a few cancellations of MT-50 base orders (to swap to WarBRDs) so after the dispatches are completed, there will be another small "batch" available.

As Vladinsky pointed out, we do not split stock up between different locations, 1,000 units in the store is 1,000 units available to all customers regardless of location. When the store was restocked on 19th a very significant portion of all orders were from the US (far more than 3, I assure you!). Regarding you being asleep - we did announce 4 days in advance that the webstore would be restocked so that everyone was aware, and as we're based in Europe we operate by time-zones that line up with our working day. The issue with a worldwide store is that no matter when it's restocked, it's going to be nighttime somewhere! I surely wouldn't describe our business plans as "sketchy". We're scheduled for frequent restocks and our factory is running full steam ahead rather than just trying to estimate what we need. As the restocks will be coming in more often it will become easier to get an order in without any fuss :thumbup:

Actually, the restock consisted of almost 1,000 units of combined stock. It was our largest restock to date (which is why it warranted an announcement!). The next (even larger) restock isn't far behind don't worry :thumbup:

The "Out of Stock" text is not controlled manually - as soon as the last one is bought it's automatically changed. Its sounds like something was getting cached on your end, I'll have a look into it :)
