  1. We're working through the queue as quickly as possible. A large batch has been received by our EU store which will be going out this week. Our worldwide store is sending out orders daily. We try to be as accurate as possible with any estimates - but they are estimates. The whole team is spread thin right now but I can assure you that orders are going out.
  2. Hi guys! I'm in the process of writing up an in-depth guide for the VPC Software which should answer any questions. Basically when using the VPC Software you have to work in 3 defined stages: 1. Always start by clicking "Step 1. Load Device Profile". 2. You can now many any changes to the device settings. 3. Always commit these changes to the VPC device by clicking "Step 3. Save Device Profile".
  3. Any future VPC products are too early to discuss at this point in time as we're still working through the high demand of the current product lineup!
  4. Latest VPC software allows 96 virtual buttons :)
  5. Nope - I'm always here
  6. Hi dburne - can you ping me over a message to support@virpil.com with some screenshots so I can help get this sorted for you? :)
  7. Software has been updated on our sites some days ago. It allows advanced button configuration changes :)
  8. It can be set up as a modifier to create extra button sets in the VPC software
  9. Regarding Karon's warranty case - it has already been explained that it was held by Belarus customs for this time (as seen on the tracking details) which unfortunately we do not have any control over. We are in frequent contact with the customs office as of course we're shipping orders out all over the world. His parcel has only just been released to us and will be resolved as a priority. We've noticed a couple of instances where Belarus customs has caused such issues which is why we moved our service center to Lithuania along side our EU store which has proven to be much faster for everyone involved.
  10. Hi Karon! Great overview and photos! Couple of things: The behavior of the toggles can indeed be adjusted via the software - I will get our engineer to create a write up on the ASAP. Also can you shoot a message to me via support@virpil.com regarding the rattle you hear?
  11. https://virpil-controls.eu/vpc-mongoost-50-throttle.html You simply join the existing queue.
  12. We're working through the backlog as we speak. You can place an order now to join the queue :)
  13. Mechanics of the MongoosT-50 Throttle axes. Full metal and contactless sensors!
  14. Depends on the grip, there's a profile for the MT-50, Delta and TMW grips.
  15. Glad to hear everything is resolved! Anyone else with the VPC WarBRD, please ensure to use the latest VPC Software version from our website :) https://virpil-controls.eu/downloads/software.html https://virpil.com/en/support/downloads
  16. It survived the test without a single issue!
  17. I'm sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your experience with VPC. Unfortunately we do not have a mass email system in place at this time. All news updates are posted to our blog! We are working on launching a direct newsletter/notification system as we speak. You are free to of course contact us at any time for updates as well if any of the announcements are not clear! We do also offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for any orders not yet dispatches!
  18. Hey guys - just to clarify about the VPC WarBRD and extensions. The VPC WarBRD is designed as a desktop stick. The cam profiles and the spring strengths are designed with desktop use in mind. The max deflection angle of the VPC WarBRD is also larger due to it being designed with desktop use in mind. If you use extensions, the overall stroke length would be quite large and could lead to clearance issues. Because of this, we do not recommend using extensions. It's not a question of strength or quality!
  19. Can you PM me your order number please so I can double check everything is sorted
  20. Yes there are WarBRD bases and Delta grips also packed up ready to go!
  21. The final lot of VPC MongoosT-50 Throttle's being prepared for next week's batch!
  22. It's no problem at all! We certainly understand everyone's frustration - but we've taken it in and it's critique to help us grow and improve for the future! The VPC WarBRD uses the latest VPC electronics, so will still work with our existing software suite. However - we are working on a complete revamp of our software to ease the configuration process. No ETA at this time though sorry!
  23. I'm hassling our production team for photos right now
  24. As mentioned in Discord - the stock will be at our EU warehouse next week ready for immediate dispatch :)
