But performance, well I was slightly disappointed since it's decreased a bit for me compared to 1.2.16.
I don't have the best of the best (NVidia GTX 560M), and I'm getting between 18-30 fps.

Now now, being all pumped for the F14 and having to wait for it the whole winter is going to give me blue balls. But man will the wait be worth it!
So I was looking at the F14s air to ground capabilities and especially the LANTIRN pod. And so I stumbled upon these photos, one of which shows a F14B in the air to ground modification for the RIO seat. I must say, that's a nice display the have at the back. I wonder if LN will make this version.

Exactly, it would make the most sense. They have a 4th gen (F14), an F4E opponent for the MiG21 (guaranteed sales) and WWII airplane since it's quite popular.
It's obviously going to be a F4E, lets face it, it's on their MiG21 website, there's a picture in the background. It'll be adversary for the MiG21bis, and will make our online fights a loooooot more fun!
Looked at the tree files, and hell they're near to impossible to reconstruct. They were made in combination with the ground polys, so that's a no, no collidable trees. Sorry heli guys.
Yea, but you only need to change the tree model. It's already 3D so might be easier than expected. We'll see how easy 1.5/2 is to make mods. No need for ALL the features of EDGE to be included.
Well, if they apply to ground forces(Combined Arms), I guess they must define a rectangular box (trunk) and a square one for the leaves, that way tanks will be able to hide behind trees?
