search for "how to disable integrated gpu" That should help. If im not mistaken there should be an option in ur BIOS. If not try to uninstal ur IGPU drivers and dont worry about "unknown device" :)

I have Sapphire hd 7850 2gb (Pitcairn gpu @1000mhz with mem clock @1300) i found that i rarely use those 2 gb of vram. One thing that bothers me is this. whenever i enable Anti aliasing via game options my frame rates drop down 50%... I have to inject AA via RadeonPro and sweetfx to preserve my fps... SAme goes with ClOD

Just noticed that seeds number raised from 20 to almost 50 after my post :) Dl speed is up to 31.5kb/s!!! It will only take 9 days! God damn it its the only sim that will work offline for me in my new place... i need it now! and i deleted old instalament.

Its still better to drive around in a nice car on a nice road without geting out every now and then to check WTF just happen and where that huge hole came from. I rather wait and get better product than rush it and be angry at ED that they didnt fix this and that.

A10 isnt really capable of going highspeed... Its not a supersonic jet. I dont remember what is A10Cs maximum cruising speed with and without loadout but i doubt it ecxeeds 300kias.

Sorry guys i was AFK for few days :) THanks for ur advices. I managed to OC my CPU a little bit more mande few tweaks and changes with my GPU also OC it a bit. THe game seems to run smooth now. At best i get like 70-80 fps With 2 MFDS set As TGP and MAV i drop down to around 35 and i rarely see drop below 28. My settings are set almost everywhere to high except water and civ traffic. I lowered AA and with new AMD drivers and CCC i Enchanced few options. Now my average looks like 45-50fps Which im happy with :) Before those tweaks i was running the game with constant drops below 20 fps. Now i cant really see it happen that much. I will buy new rig this year. Thats a must! Switching over to Intel and Nvidia seems the best idea. Even thou Intel products cost a bit more :) But with imminent Haswell release Ivy and Sandybridge should go down to very affordable prices :) Budget is not set yet as im moving to a bigger city in few days time. But i think around 600$(400 euro) just for CPU RAM and new MOBO as i will stay with my GPU untill i get more cash for decent NVIdia Once again thank u lads :)

I was planning on upgrading my whole rig to INTEL..but it seems i wont be able to complete this. I was thinking.. Mobo upgrade with better ram cubes and possible ssd drive, would that help me a bit? Currently im running on: Phenom x4 965 BE @3.7 8gb patriot 1333mhz CL9 ram (cheap cubes) Asus M4A77TD mobo with bios that was updated in 2010...;/ And a SAPPHIRE HD 7850 2GB ddr5 (not unlocked i dont know if its possible with sapphire model) slightly OC WD caviar (dont remember which one) 500gb 7200rpm HDD I cant run my DCS title with HDR on coz im losing way too much FPS. Even now without it i cant get a stable 30 fps. Sometimes when i have 3 A10C around with some action below it drops below 20 fps and becoming unplayable.. Any susggestions how can i upgrade it cheap to run the game smoothly? Without sudden FPS drop Trooph

THere is a simple solution for this. Go to instalation dir/mods/aircrafts/su25t/input/headtracker u need to edit default.lua from that folder All u have to do is paste this {combos = {{key = 'HEADTRACKER_Z'}}, action = iCommandViewZoomAbs, name = 'Zoom View'}, Over {combos = {{key = 'HEADTRACKER_Z'}}ction = iCommandViewLongitudeTransAbs, } If more help needed just send me a PM It works for all mods the same.

Cheers lads. So when get those components i can save cash for ssd instead of buying new GPU :) Thats good news. I was thinking about I5 with some sabertooth mobo +8gb atleast 1600mghz ramz. Unfortunately i wont have that much cash so i would have to stick to cl9 maybe 8 ram cubes. I did some CPU OC recently. Increased this and that but with my cheep ass mobo i cant get any further than 3.8 with NB 2.2k any further than that and my vcore jumps over 1.5v which shouldnt happen with that 965 BE;/ ANyways thanks for ur comments im really glad u answered my question. Also im even more convinced to upgrade my pc ASAP. Maybe with iminent Haswell release Sandy and Ivy bridge will go down on price a bit. Maybe than i'll get i7 :D Have a good night guys! Cheers T.

Well this keeps bothering me. I asked about which CPU to choose just to get my performance better... I usually run at around 25-50 fps with DCSW depends if im near AO. Sometimes when i zoom in quicly i get a hickup...and that made me think... Is it my CPU MOBO or GFX causing all this stuff. Those are my system specs: AMD Phenom x4 965 BE @ 3,6 ( i had some stability issues recently with 3,9) ASUS M4A77TD Sapphire HD7850 2gb (not OC) 8GB 1333 CL9 ram Western digital 500gb 7200rpm HDD I just would like to have fun without major issues untill i upgrade my rig... Any comments appriciated. T.

May i join the conversation? DCS sims are pretty steep learning curve games. U need to spend atleast an hour or 2 just go get that feeling what does what. If Ur Dad would like to do some combat missions with excelent aircraft A10C is the way to go but if he is looking for some nice propeler fun i would go for Il2 Sturmovik Cliffs of DOver. Its only 10 bucks on steam it features autopatcher community is great and its not that hard to learn how to fly. Also there is a Axis and Allies single player campaign. A lot of online servers with really mature and helpful people on. And it doesnt require a HOTAS joystic to have fun in it. Rise of flight is also very good.
