yes, please... give us a manual

is there a possibility to show abris and shkval on the touchControl-App? if yes, how? many functions dont work... is there a possibility to fix it.... maybe with another configuration file, or Keystroke? if yes, how?

i suppose that modules like a-10 and FC3 just get a higher attention from ed... i think they earned enough with BS2, so why stick to it... maybe, hopefully not... its disappointing... ED told in one or two threads to this topic, that we all should have patience... in my opinion in a very unsympathetic way... dont get me wrong i received a lot of help in this forum from them - and fast as well - but according to the G940-FFB-Problem something is going the wrong way... but maybe it is just a very difficult problem to be solved... if this would be the case i would have understandig for this...im looking forward, hearing something from ed to this case

i read the changelog twice, but couldnt find anything about that :-(((

You forgot BS2-Users again... nothing will change about the ffb-problem while using the g940... thats disappointing:badmood:...

i installed tacview... and i realized, that the opponent flew much wider curves than me... this way he was able to save much energy and speed... afterwards i did this as well... and i wonder how much speed you can win if you dont fly curves til your flightstick starts to shake... on behalf of the higher speed i was able to get on his six... although i tried to anticipate his way i cost a long time to get on his six... one thing else i realized... and this is a shame that this fact is new to me... that when you go vertical to the sky, you shouldnt wait til you stall ( and lose the energy unused, because you fall down til you get your plane under control) just push forward (or pull) to the horizontal when you reach about 100 mph and wait the enemy to fall down and so to get him in your gunsight... so thx for your help another noob-Question i havent delt with so far: Do you use rudder during combat? cause i don´t :P

I´ve asked this before, but got too few answers, because it was placed in a thread with another topic... i learned a lot the last 2 days about engine management and overheating and so on.. but one thing isnt clear to me: what can i do to prevent overheating in dogfight.... i have to get close to the enmy, so i have to push MP and RPM forward... otherwise i wont get close to him... very often when im on his six he pulls up and goes vertical... i am absolutely not able to follow him... i always have to set RPM and MP to a lower setting otherwise my engine will die... when im on his six and pulls up, as i mentioned, it cant be a thing doing of the wrong maneuvers cause i would have just to stay at his tail, because he more or less flies straight ahead... 2 Questions: -might there be some kind of maneuver to save energy and speed so i can follow him or get him after he comes down to my flight altitude? -is there a certain RPM and MP setting that gives me the best deal between speed, maneuverability and (over)heating of the engine, so i can follow him on any altitude (it should be possible, cause we have the same planes ;-)) please help... (@ED:Maybe some training videos would be helpful about engine management and dogfights for those who cant organize themselves in squadrons, because the lack of time (kids and job, you know ;-) where the would find a "personal trainer")

to make the cockpits fully clickable and and so on would absolutey exceed their manpower, money resources and so on... i think its ok to pay the current price for a module i really like... the problem is that you wouldn´t have the time and energy to learn everything about every planes´ specialty... normally we all have to go to work or school, have kids and familiy - a real life, i mean... so in my opinion its ok to choose the plane(s) you like to fly perfectly and forget about the rest... The only fear i have is that if they throw plane by plane on the market, they will forget about patching and bugg-elimination...:smartass:

No Engine failure during Dogfight because of overheating thanx a lot ... i learned a lot the last 2 days about engine management and overheating and so on.. but one thing isnt clear to me: what can i do to prevent overheating in dogfight.... i have to get close to the enmy, so i have to push MP and RPM forward... otherwise i wont get close to him... very often when im on his six he pulls up and goes vertical... i am absolutely not able to follow him... i always have to set RPM and MP to a lower setting otherwise my engine will die... when im on his six and pulls up, as i mentioned, it cant be a thing doing of the wrong maneuvers cause i would have just to stay at his tail, because he more or less flies straight ahead... Thanks for all of your proposals... But nothing Works for me... Any Other idea?
-
Sounds like as if it was another symptom for the the same problem described in another thread... here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=98169
-
but if you do that, the plane will immediately pitch to one side if you have a certain amount of throttle in case of preparing for take off, right?
-
Ok... but does this help in the case of sudden overheating?
-
No... Im just waiting till all Gauges Show Green and then i Take Off. Why?
-
i once sat in a glider... the pilot performed a slip like you described to lose height and speed in final approach, not to shoot over the runway into the next haypile... i tried this ingame... a this works very well... was this your question?
-
I use a g940... when trying to take off... i set the parking brake by pulling its lever and pushing the footbrake forward and back... to loosen the parking brake i only would have to push the footbrake forward, the parkingbrake-lever should snap back... and thats it, right? But it doesn´t most of the time :joystick:... so what am i doing wrong? please help
-
right now the same happens during take off... i set a manifold pressure of 30 as im told... then i do pretty nice take off... the engine starts to stutter... an then dies these problems never happend before 1.2.2... so what has changed since the new patch
-
is there a way to keep the engine cool during dogfight... the only thing i do i flying behind the opponent til i get him... so his engine doesn´t seem to overheat... so what is he doing better than me... i dont use WEP... would pulling back throttle during zero g time help? doing something with the carburetor levers on the left of the seat would help? checking gauges is one thing, preventing them from leaving the green zone another... Thx very much so far
-
You´re true... i forgot to mention this...

Here´s the track... somehow the incident happens after about the fifth stall... i recognised, that the caburetor temp decreased beyond the green zone... but this is all i realized... one difference: This time was even able to get the propeller turning in the try of an engine Start. thx for your help Engine Shutdown.trk
-
When i´m in dogfight and on the six of an opponent it sometimes happens that im stalling... but this is not the problem... when this happens for the first time the engine stutters for a few seconds... nothing more... but if this happens for the second or third time, the engine shuts down and the propeller gets stuck... in the airtime i try to start the engine... the propeller turns, but the engine doesnt ignite anymore... what has happend? and how can i prevent this?

Still no Word from ED?!?:bash::Flush::Flush:

Help me please Thx Mop
