I have got the radar to export to a second monitor .. but it only shows the radar not the cross grid shown on the screen of the radar... any ideas would be welcome
Cheers Tempus
fantastic got it working on my second screen ... but is there any way to change the deafult size and location of the viewport ..
once again fantastic product
cheers
Yep I tried most combinations of working with the monitor exports .. even tried using my old VTB_init.lua (which worked) now even that does not work ...
with something like the mig 21 you could find and export the viewport that made up the radar to another part of your monitor (or a second monitor (that has a expanded desktop) i used to use the easy monitor config with some adjustments and got a monitor set up like this :
_ = function(p) return p; end;
name = _('mig21');
Description = 'mig21'
Viewports =
{
Center =
{
x = 0;
y = 0;
width = 1920;
height = 1080;
viewDx = 0;
viewDy = 0;
aspect = 1.77777777777778;
}
}
RIGHT_MFCD =
{
x = 1923;
y = 34;
width = 1010;
height = 677;
}
UIMainView = Viewports.Center
the Right_MFD was the radar screen
I am trying to export the radar screen to a second monitor... but what is the name of the radar to export ... with the mig 21 its is the "right MFD"
cheers all
and love the mirage
does anybody have an example of a working autoexec.lua file ... that they would be willing to share, I have tried unsuccessfully to copy the the example in the graphics readme file and still have frame rates locked at 50fps
cheers

Question about Edge
When edge is released will we have to have two separate installs of the game one for the non edge black sea map and one with edge for the new map(s)
Cheers all :)
yep a headset with mic is essential for MP as for the track clip they will fit most headsets as long as the headband isn't too wide/thick...as for software Teamspeak is probably the one to go for
good luck with the flying
