  1. Confirmed. I get similar results. I have a question about the manual power reserve though. Is it just activated by putting the Normal / Crank switch in the crank position? When I do that, I see my power go up to 106% or so but I actually seem to consistently lose about 5 kts airspeed. Then when I put the switch back to normal, I gain about 5 kts airspeed. I can attach a track if you'd like.
  2. First you have to put Chile (or Honduras or Jordan) on a red or blue side when you create a mission. Then you can select those nationalities in the mission.
  3. Tried the mission again and don't have any issues. The plane flies straight. Do you have any mods installed that might cause an issue? Maybe try a DCS repair? Or create a simple free flight mission and see if it acts up. But I think it is something on your end. For the flight model, I guess you're talking about how it oscillates out of the half roll? I can't really comment there but I don't know if you can do comparisons with fly-by-wire aircraft with advanced dampening. Just my take. I really know nothing.
  4. No issues here with the ground attack mission. Maybe check your controls config. The stall warning on the ground is likely due to tail wind. In real life, the aircraft is not supposed to be started in a tail wind but this becomes problematic in DCS. The developers have put in a fix which will be available in the next patch. As for the under-powered, the old flight model was probably quite unrealistic in how powerful the engines were so that's partly why the new flight model engines seem under-powered. That being said, apparently there is a Manual Power Reserve mode which is activated by the crank position on the starter mode selector switch. It's supposed to give an extra 400 lbs of thrust.
  5. It's a known and acknowledged issue.
  6. Just slight correction. You don't have to do both. Just one or the other.

  8. Thanks, Vibora. And thanks for your quick replies to everyone. Especially during the holidays.
  9. Hi. The post doesn't appear available.
  10. Shelters in DCS don't protect you from weather. That's why you see snow and rain falling through a bunker.
  11. Will you see performance degradation in the EB?
  12. Is there a chance there will be a release branch patch this week?
  13. As long as it's true to life, that's all I care about.
  14. I see where you're coming from. I'd just hate to see an AvioDev / trainer bashing thread. But something about future plans would be welcome.

Sounds like AvioDev still has quite a bit of work to do on Multiplayer. And I imagine there a number of tidbits yet to be completed. It's still beta but I'm really glad they've released what they have so far.
  17. The C-101 was built more for range than for power which is probably why it has it has lower rated engines.
  18. That's for the gear warning, not the stall warning.
  19. I'm not a subject matter expert but I'd say, as a trainer, it's a feature of the aircraft whether you're flying solo or have an instructor. I don't know if the CC version has it as well. I guess Vibora will have to chime in.
  20. That's normal. The peddles vibrate when you are stalling the aircraft. It's a warning feature.
  21. On this point, question to the devs. Is the CC version modelled with the higher thrust?
  22. Just wanted to make sure because the change log didn't mention it, ie. Multiplayer- Now you can take control in rear cockpit. Some system works (Gear, Flaps,Stick, Pedals). WIP.
  23. Isn't there a fuse button or something in the cockpit that disables this? Been a while since I've gone through the manual.
  24. throttle as well?
  25. There's a bit of discussion of it starting here ... https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=222367&page=9
