  1. At the moment, I have written more than 400 pages for the AH-64. The cockpit description, start-up, takeoff, landing, and sensors sections are complete. The weapons section is still being worked on. Once the weapons section is complete, I still have to work on the navigation, autopilot, powerplant, countermeasures, multicrew, and aerodynamics sections, which should prove to be slightly "less complicated". Work on the Mirage F1 guide has not started yet. I'd rather not work on stuff in parallel since I know some users are getting impatient about the AH-64 guide.
  2. The problem isn't that this information isn't available... the problem is that it isn't available in-game. In many missions where F10 map options are restrictive, your starting location isn't necessarily displayed.
  3. Hi devs, This issue has been bugging me for some time, and I thought I'd raise it since I rarely see it mentioned. Setting up the Magnetic Declination for the KM-2 is pretty straightforward: you turn a knob, you get a deflection, and that's it. However... most players do not know what value to input by heart. The magnetic declination value changes from map to map and most developers have a Magnetic Declination value indicated on the kneeboard as a reminder (as an example, the Harrier, Tomcat, JF-17 all have this value in the kneeboard). However, for the Hind, it seems this was just omitted. Therefore, new CPG players need to sort of "guess" what the value to input is. This isn't practical and is easily remedied by adding a Magnetic Declination information field on the first kneeboard page. Could this "quick fix" be added in the near future? It would solve a bunch of headaches for people flying the Hind in multicrew.
  4. Not yet, unfortunately. I'm sure the community can help you with that.
  5. Absolutely, once I'm done with the first iteration of the AH-64 guide.
  6. The ED manual is correct in that regard, I don't know why I have them flipped since the tutorials themselves have the procedures correct. I'll get my version updated tonight to fix that mistake.
  7. I totally forgot to answer you, giullep, my bad! The F-16 will definitely have an update with the recently added features. It's in my to-do list, don't worry. However, please take into account that the Apache guide is taking all my free time right now and that the Mirage F1 guide is also planned. Bunny hopping between updates isn't too bad as long as the workload is manageable. I will have to see how much energy I have left after the first iteration of the AH-64 project.
  8. I do not plan on updating these specific items in 2022. Right now, my focus is on completing the first iteration of the AH-64 guide, then the Mirage F1, then adding recently implemented features for the Mi-24, F-16, and Mosquito... and do a bit of maintenance on the F-5 guide. I do not plan on updating the Hornet guide for a bit. I would still need to add stuff like ACLS and TALDs... which are very low on my priority list at the moment.
  9. I'm OK, thanks for asking! Work on the AH-64 guide is under way., but it's a monumental task.
  10. Date format shows March 9, not September 3.
  11. I don't think that's likely. I assume Aerges will have their own documentation ready. Aerges has not contacted me for help, so they probably don't need it. Regardless, I'd still love to make a guide for the Mirage F1.
  12. @Szprynmann Really good catch, thanks for letting me know! Error is fixed. Revision date will remain the same since it's a minor one.
  13. Well, I've been updating the guide for more than three years. I'm not privy to Eagle Dynamics' plans for the Hornet, so I can't tell if the Hornet systems will be further updated/developed or not. I could speculate and foresee mission data cartridge functionalities being added eventually, but no idea on the timeline. I don't plan on working on the Hornet guide in the foreseeable future, but it's still a possibility that there could still be yet another update further down the line.
  14. Do you have a screenshot of your HUD, SMS page and radar display? That'd help figure out where the issue is. I've re-run the procedure step by step just to make sure, worked fine. My guess would be that you selected CCIP mode by mistake.
  15. Can you send me the link you used in your browser? When I click on it, it loads just fine.
  16. Could you explain what part of the symbology you are referring to in the guide? I believe it was updated with the latest CCRP cue.
  17. Thanks for the kind words, everyone. By the way... a new update for the F-16C Viper guide is now live. Enjoy!
