  1. Yeah... but all three of them? Poor Mossies!
  2. Hi, I'm reporting that while returning to base, friendly AAA units near Manston start firing at the other Mosquito flight. They actually keep at it with some enthusiasm, and will continue firing at the poor Mossies even when they're parked!
  3. Heh, I already did man nevermind, I'll see myself out.
  4. Have you guys tried to compare both headsets at the same exact resolution and same settings, one closely after the other? I did, and I'm going to say that I wasn't particularly impressed by the QPRO... yes, the wide image clarity is very, very satisfying, but for more than double the cost of a G2? And, confronted with the latter, the QPRO comes with awful sound quality (tried with both integrated and official plug-in earbuds), without dedicated streaming cable, without face mask (necessary during dark scenes, otherwise outside light reflecting on the lenses can be annoying and kinda defeats the purpose). What are your thoughts?
  5. I don't own that module, sorry. I'm not sure I'm understanding your reply correctly, do you mean that it shouldn't affect clouds? In any case it surely does deband clouds (thankfully, because that's where it's needed the most! ) at least in the couple of scenarios I tried (and a bit too aggressively I'd say, perhaps I'll try to tweak the variables myself). Again, I'm especially referring to moonlit clouds. Daytime, I have no complaints.
  6. I've tested the deband feature a bit with the Mosquito (MT and OXR)... it just works. Thank God you've made it! DCS still suffers from horrible banding artifacts on clouds at night with the moon up. Are you planning further improvements to this?
  7. Bumping since there are still reports of various issues and no updates in the patch notes... are these campaigns being worked on at all, @NineLine?
  8. Also, @NineLine: is the P8 compass lubber line going to be corrected with these reworks? I would say it's high time (bug reported and acknowledged in December 2021... )!
  9. Great news! While they are working on these updates, I really hope that the damage model's textures will be improved as well... perhaps @NineLine could give us a hint?
  10. Is @Bunyap still around? I'm sure I'm not the only one aching for his campaigns to be updated for Normandy 2.0, especially after all the love and research he had put into them. Any news?
  11. I can confirm that buying the only logical update option (which quite confusingly states "For those of you who own Normandy 1944 and The Channel maps"), I get low-res areas, as I would if I was simply updating Normandy 1944. I only own The Channel map. Something is not working.
  12. Normandy and Channel are distinct maps though. I take you're no longer supporting your Channel mod?
  13. Hey @Barthek, nice work! I'm posting a note here as you might have missed it in the other thread: your Vivid Channel mod has been unavailable for quite some time now, could you check the link? Perhaps it'd be cool to update that mod as well... Thanks for your work!
  14. I've been noticing it for quite some time, this texture is very obviously aliased around the top edges.
  15. PM sent, awaiting response.
  16. +1 These are needed, and badly.

  18. Attaching a screenshot of the issue. Anyone seeing this? Is it only a NTTR problem?
  19. As soon as street lights are active, when looking at them through cockpit mirrors they are exceptionally bright (almost white) including the "lit area" texture/effect that comes with them. This issue is quite evident, especially compared with what you see through a normal view (although they are way too dim in that case). Only NTTR was tested, don't know if it happens with other maps as well.
