  1. Still for sale and reduced price, EUR 300.
  2. Well, since no one here replied, I figured I'd expand a little bit more: it would seem that the Range values I'm getting after each calibration are halved, confronted with the expected/normal values for rX and rY (at least 12000 -/+ 500-1000 points). I'm not entirely sure what is going on, perhaps someone here could provide some insight. Other than these seemingly abnormal value readings, everything else seems to work fine, as far as I can understand... I'm attaching the calibration result for my Base and Pedals as well. N.B.: All devices are plugged into a powered usb hub. Plugging them directly to the motherboard doesn't change. So far, when diagnosing the CM3 Throttle (we examined that alone because I was encountering other issues), Support concluded that PCBs for rX needed to be replaced. Assuming this is valid and therefore something is up with the sensors, then even Base and Pedals are messed up... ? I'll appreciate every suggestion. Update: response from Support is that Range values are individual. It's not clear to me if and how these values reflect the sensor's output resolution, or why they are so different even between the same device. In any case, I'll have to wait for the spare parts to arrive, and see how it goes.
  3. A question for those who own the CM3 throttle: in the VPC Configuration Tool, enable Debug mode and Calibrate Axes. Once you have moved all the axes and before saving the calibration, what Range values do you get for each axis? Please post a screenshot, so I can quickly compare mine. Thank you for your cooperation!
  4. Bump; everything is still available.
  5. Bump, still for sale! In case someone is interested, it's possible to purchase each device separately.
  6. Hi all, I'm creating this topic to put my CH devices for sale. As per title, they are: Fighterstick [SOLD], Pro Throttle [SOLD] and Pro Pedals. The devices have been modded as follows. Fighterstick: contactless magnetoresistive sensors for X and Y axes and new mainboard. Pro Throttle: contactless magnetoresistive sensor for Z axis and new mainboard. Pro Pedals: contactless magnetoresistive sensor for Z axis and "Detent delete" modification. Here's a brief description of what these new electronics do, provided by its creator (main thread at ED forums: https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/188571-tm-cougar-ch-magnetoresistive-hall-sensor-kits ). "The contactless CH sensors get rid of pot spiking and wear related problems once and for all and the CH upgrade mainboard bumps up the resolution of the device from 8 Bit (256 points) to 12 Bit (4096 points). That is around a 16x increas in resolution. It also offers many upgrade possibilities, such as extra axes (total of eight 12 Bit axes & two digital 14 Bit ones) as well as shift register support for up to 128 buttons." Regarding the "Detent delete" mod for the Pedals, you can find more about what the mod does here https://www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/4je3fx/ch_pro_pedals_detent_delete_and_spring_mod/ and here https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/26936-ch-pro-pedal-center-detent-removal/. My own modification differs as I have only added the central centering spring while keeping the original springs installed. That's because I felt they already had enough tension for my preference. Devices will come without their original boxes. I will include their respective CH mainboards and POTs sensors. New sensors and mainboards alone are quite valuable. For the three devices, I the price I would ask is EUR 355 300. Price for Throttle and Pedals EUR 80 (each). Shipping costs will be on the buyer. PM me if interested. Shipping to EU. Cheers!
  7. On the theme of VR and clouds, is there any solid information regarding planned clouds' quality in VR? I mean, has it been officially stated that the current 2D quality options will also be available and functional in VR?
  8. Bump - price update!
  9. Bump - still for sale!
  10. Updated with a proposed price!
  11. Good afternoon all, I'm selling my HP Reverb G2 VR headset and controllers. I bought the device on January 18th 2021 and tested it for a few sessions, around 10 hours total. Everything works perfectly. No signs of wear or damage. SOLD! Price update: EUR 585 SOLD! Payment method: preferably bank transfer. PayPal is possible, but additional fees will be covered by the buyer. Shipping will also be covered by the buyer. It will be insured and calculated based on your location, so when making a proposal please also communicate ZIP code and address. EU only. The buyer will receive the original package containing all the original items, together with all the documentation necessary for warranty. In case of issues, I'll have no problems assisting the buyer in interfacing with the vendor or with HP. Persian carpet not included.
  12. Everything has been sold. Cheers!
  13. Well, I'm primarily interested in understanding the kind of performance improvements I should expect in VR. Given the high resolutions the G2 runs at, I'm afraid the final performance gain won't be impressive. Let me know what you find.
  14. @Eugel I'm on a Z170 chipset carrying a 6700K as well, and I'm using a 2700 Super. Running my Reverb G2 is a bit of a struggle. I'm considering a partial upgrade (no GPU, hehe...) to a B550 with adequate RAM and a 5600X. Have you made any more tests, how's your performance compared to your previous rig? Have you also tried other flight simulations, and measured the benefits?
  15. First of all, huge thanks to rel4y for these upgrades! While I wait for his reply on the subject, I'd like to ask to other owners of the CH Fighterstick if they could provide some help. I am trying to calibrate the device through MMJoy2 as per instructions, but somehow I can't get it right. For instance, new sensors and board don't present issues on the ProThrottle so there must be something wrong that I am doing on the Fighterstick. Here's a photo of how the installation looks: MMJoy2 and Windows get all inputs correctly (as far as I am able to tell), but I can't calibrate X and Y axis correctly. Specifically, when physically centered, Direct Input shows quite different values between X and Y readings: Also, X-axis values seem offset: as I fully deflect the stick to the right, it doesn't reach 100% reading and stops at 95%. On the Y-axis, when the stick is deflected forward, it reaches 100% value quite a bit before full physical deflection: I can't wrap my head around this... I'm just starting to become familiar with MMJoy2. Could someone help? Thanks in advance,
  16. Hello, I sent you an email, I'd like to understand how the installation of the CH sensors works. I'm interested in kits for Fighterstick, ProThrottle and Pedals. Thank you kindly!
