Wow, that's a great find. Apologies for the delay in replying. When I was looking at those earlier, I for some reason remember them being more expensive than they really were. Yeah, that is a good point. I've already ordered it and it is suppose to arrive tomorrow so fingers crossed for not having an issue with it. Thus far, I have never had any issues with my computers, I'm just desiring higher performance. As for Alienware, I looked into that but the prices for the same specs as that one, it would be at least $400 (USD) for an equivalent laptop. Thanks for the heads up. Cheers, Eagle

Thanks for the help. The reason why I can't go with a desktop is that I need a laptop for engineering and I can't add a desktop on top of a decent gaming computer. Sorry for not making that clear.

Hi all, I'm in the search of a new laptop to replace my old one and this is one of the options that I have found: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1262773-REG/acer_nx_q0raa_005_15_6_predator_15_notebook.html My current laptop specs are as follows: GTX 750M, I7-4960HQ I think?, 16 GB 1600 RAM, and a 1 TB SDD. I'm able to run DCS at low-medium settings with 20-30 frames on average for pretty much everything (multiplayer and single player). Any thoughts on this specific laptop and how well it will handle DCS? I'm hoping to running on high settings with consistent 40-60ish frames. I greatly appreciate any help. Currently, a desktop is not an option due to finances so I can not go that route. Thanks, Eagle

I personally really want to have some DCS WW2 Bombers and DCS strike aircraft (think along the lines of a Tornado and related aircraft). I'm probably in the minority here but I have a strong preference for bomber style aircraft.

Is there any update on this issue? This bug is making it impossible for me to fly the BF-109 K-4. Thanks, Eagle

I don't think that you are doing anything wrong, it could be that the server has disabled AIM-120's. I know the 104th Server on occasion runs 1980's style missions where you don't get AIM-120's. If this isn't multiplayer, than I'm not too sure to be honest.

Well, I'm just going to get on my soapbox and say that this is something that I would use if implemented based off of historical evidence and other factors. (/Gets off soapbox). I don't post much but custom convergence is something that would make me really happy and I don't really know how to use the lua files. :thumbup: Cheers, Eagle

Hi all, I recently got back to DCS World and I have a new computer now. On my old computer, I was able to do medium high settings and get decent playability in both offline and online situation. Computer specs of that computer were as follows: GTX 460 (1 GB) 8 GB Ram Quadcore processor at 3.5 GHz My new computer can do offline decently but when ever I go online it is just a stutter fest. The specs of the new computer (a laptop) is as follows: GTX 750M (2 GB) 16 GB Ram Eight core processor at 2.4 GHz I think that my processor is the bottleneck but not sure. Any help for improving performance is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Eagle
