  1. I forgot to ask a questions about that. 1) What troubles? With storing conditions? 2) Since when RVV-AE doesn't have a datalink? THis one has been there when missile was on initial stage of development, even before it received the new index 'RVV-AE' instead of the old soviet 'R-77'.
  2. Navigation and all-weather capabilities - yes. But with the same old A2A semiactive missiles, because even if it can use RVV-AE, there is no such missiles in the RuAF's arsenal. :( POD?! I've never heard about any targeting pod, not only on SM, but in RuAF's arsenal in general.
  3. Sorry, but what is the features? Didn't hear about any features from the old Su-35/Su-27M that were used on SM. I don't think so - the same old radar N001 with mechanical scanning and Cassegrain antenna. I can't think without a tears about its mapping capabilities or target designation in A2G mode.
  4. Yep. Except Su-27SM, all other modifications are just prototypes or artifacts of the old Soviet projects. BTW, the 'old' Su-35 it's just another designation of the old Soviet Su-27M programme, which died in the late 90's.
  5. 0, ~20-24, 0, 0
  6. R-27T it's just an example, of course PAK FA should be equiped with the new missile, based on RVV-AE or even 'object 180' design.
  7. You can - an (I)IR long range missile. ;)
  8. I found an article, where official of NIIP company - developer of radars for PAK FA, has mentioned that role of L-band AESA is to detect VLO-targets due to impossibility to make the plane, which will be invisible in such wide spectrum, from X to L, because the longer wavelength, the bigger RCS(and closer to physical dimensions of target). Additional, you can't get a RAM, which can absorb emission in such wide spectrum. P.S. According to man, who shot down F-117, it was detected and tracked not with radar(which was off to avoid detection by NATO), but FLIR, that was installed on the few SAMs before the war.
  9. It seems to be a Kh-29L.
  10. The most interesting thing is that apart from the main X-band AESA PAK FA will be equipped with the two sided L-band AESA, and i guess their main purpose is to detect VLO targets. Of course, the L-band radar isn't so precise as X-band radar is, but it will be more than enough for firing the long-range IR missile like R-27ET or it's successor.
  11. x2 That's what i'm talking about.
  12. LOL :megalol: I wish his (drug)dealer to change apartments to my street. :music_whistling:
  13. виноват, вашкрлевскъевеличство! :D

  15. Reminds me this...
  16. Yes, it does, at least in the part of PAK FA's A2G arsenal, all facts(except some minor inaccuracies) in which one are based on the official information from the main weapons supplier - state owned company "Tactical Missiles Corporation" and partly from the DoD/RuAF officials.
  17. I'd like to reformulate your question: "What may drive the indians to integrate additional munitions in FGFA"? Of course, they can demand some additional A2G weapons, that domestic version of PAK FA doesn't need just because we have much more suitable types and platforms, which indians haven't and won't have in foreseeable future: Su-34, Tu-22M3, Tu-95MS, Tu-160, PAK DA, SSN's with cruise missiles, etc. But anyway, i'm pretty sure that it's not a such good idea to integrate such a monster, like Brahmos or any other heavy cruise missile, with a stealth tactical fighter, like FGFA. It'll be much better to leave this job to Su-30's and concentrate FGFA on the air-superiority and SEAD missions.
  18. Yep. Besides the free-falling/gliding GPS-guided bombs, which are the only A2G weapons that Raptor can carry at the moment, PAK FA's arsenal will include much wider range of A2G weaponry, such as: GLONASS-guided free-falling/gliding bombs(JDAM'ski and JSOW'ski), tactical AGM's, ASM's and ARM's. BTW, Kopp's article about PAK FA provides pretty good coverage of the subject. (even if you don't trust his POV and conclusions in general).
  19. Yep, it's fake, indeed - found same scene in Pilot's blog. Mig-29K/KUB rollout.
  20. Fake or the real thing?
GPU@675MHz, VRAM@1100MHz
