please help I figure you guys will be the best help. my X-56 just arrived. opened the box - no instructions. how do I set up the joystick? I don't want to do something daft and break it. :helpsmilie: throttle is installed and I've started working on the switches. throttle quadrant is very stiff, can I slacken it? please help but it does look good. :)

just a quickie... if i'm flying at low altitude and I use the FPAS to check range. it gives (amongst other things) a range at optimum altitude, usually in the 30000' level. Does that range include fuel burnt whilst climbing to that altitude? please. :)

a bit off topic... is it possible to create an on-screen inset view of the ball in close-up? (a bit like the controls position inset.) hope that makes sense. :)

changing key binding via triggers. eg entering the approach to the Tarawa can I change key bindings to make nozzle movements (for harrier) easier? Is this possible? if so, how can I do it? please. :)

Please help. I've had my trackir for a while now and it works beautifully, but... for the F-18 brilliant. for the A-10c v good but a little bit over speedy -sensitive for the AV-8B very jittery needs a singularly perfect head control to work easily. Am I supposed to have a different set up for each aircraft? or ? please help. :)

I've just bought Ka-50. got it downloaded and used my activation key. set up a simple start-up mission and selected pilot type as player. when I load the mission though the Ka-50acts as an AI and I can't get into the cockpit usin the f1 key. am I missing something obvious. please. :cry:
