  1. Mmmmm, a newchopper ? AS332 Super Puma (or better, AS330 Puma ;-) ), it will suit very well with the Gazelle !
  2. Super Puma for me :-D
  3. Yes, you can use the F10 view...Or you can do it in a more professional way:smartass:: once you receive your bearing/distance info, use the ERBL function of your ABRIS, place the marker regarding the bearing/distance info, note the coordinates shown on your ABRIS, and use your PVI 800 to enter the coordinates as a NAV TGT point :pilotfly:
  4. My speculation for the next aircraft ? SU30 or 34 ! And when (and if:music_whistling:) the shared cockpit feature will be available, that would be an awesome experience
  5. What do you mean by "any type of helipads ?" On the schematic I posted before, this rectangular surface marked 150mx60m is not a helipad, but it shows minimum dimensions for any field (can be a grass field in the middle of nowhere) used as a LZ to allow safe approach, landing and take-off of a 3 pumas helicopters flight in night time
  6. And here is the result: LZ marked in accordance with french army procedures: What do we say ? Thank you Lilkiki !!!!
  7. Salut à tous, donc voilà une première vidéo tuto qui concerne l'élingage avec le Mi-8, par contre un peu d'indulgence s'il vous plaît, c'est une grande première pour ma pomme :smilewink:
  8. Going the easy way.........If they don't want to fix it, at least they can "reprogram" the missile as it was before...
  9. 400 ?! Et le reste ?! Et faudrait peut être aussi qu'ils se souviennent que le simmer hardcore, même moyen, est tout sauf con comme un meuble. Et puis honnêtement, pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire compliqué...
  10. So what is the situation with our beloved KH-25 :( ? Two more weeks ?:music_whistling:
  11. How do I use the KH25 for the Ka-50? Everything is in the title
  12. My first video, to bring a bit of humor in our favorite sim...
  13. Hi all, I think including an ABRIS navigation system (like in the KA-50) would be great, and I know it exists as I saw a photo of MI-8 cockpit with ABRIS display, like on this picture: http://www.airforce-technology.com/contractors/training/ret_kronshtadt/ret_kronshtadt3.html
  14. Yes, I agree. But in intense combat operations with my mi-24/ah64/ mi-28, I don't see myself jumping from pilot seat to the gunner seat, aquiring a target and firing at this target, and jumping back into the pilot seat :music_whistling:
  15. Yeah, it would be GREAT o have a mi-28, a AH-64D, or a KA-52. But is it possible to have an other human player in the same cockpit ? Otherwise a two seater would be useless if there's no gunner in the cockpit. OK, the mi-8 is a 3 seater, but the flight engineer and the first officer seats are not used very often in flight...
  16. Hi, I thought, why not having new ships in game: helicopter carrier/amphibious operations ships, like french made Mistral class for Russia and Iwo Jima class for USAs, with landing ships/hovercrafts IA models, then amphibious operations would be possible in DCS world. Imagine, taking-off from Mistral class ships with your KA-50 squadron to provide CAS for troops on the beach head...
  17. Hello DCS and thanks for your flight sim. As it's a wish list thread, here is my wish: A fully detailed SU-25T with the same level of detail as the A10C and with the carrier landing capability like this : http://red-stars.org/IMG/jpg/Su-25UTG-2.jpg Hope it will fly one day in DCS world :D :pilotfly:
  18. Hi Hip pilots ! First, thanks to Belsimtek for their Mi-8, it's a pleasure to fly in such helicopter, and it's a very interesting machine I discover day after day  . My question concerns the autopilot: I understand that the A/P channels have to be set to ON before flight (like the KA-50), but could someone please explain me how to use the A/P to maintain altitude or even for maintaining hover position :helpsmilie: ?
