  1. Pleas help poor me :( I just can't seem to figure out the Altitude and the VVI indicator damn
  2. Any ideas for the previous post ?
  3. Don't want to open a new thread. Should I follow Chucks guide or the one that is with the module ? I am also through with the instruments , not that I remember all of them but the important ones I do. BTW this girl is great on trim. noticing a right roll tendency and check my control deflections they are all centered no issues. managing the engine much better now , haven't had any blow outs, I keep her cruised @600 km/h with around 80% RPM, my take off is great and also my landings except when I touch down she goes crazy :) bit difficult to read the Altitude gauge. Also the VSI pitch up / down needle seems to be confusing as I can tell when to level off as I need 10% of that VVI Finally Livery of the IAF 15th Sq. :)
  4. Yes I can use VVI but VVI is always a moment slower. I as I am learning this bird I will get there eventually.
  5. Yeah I did read about those turn rates on the Sukhoi's , though the Eagle has a tremendous thrust ratio. Not to go off topic but I guess both the models are PFM right ?
  6. Hmm I don't how to put this but I was on the virtual-aerobatics server in the Eagle and I could not match the Su-27 turn rates , the Eagle was bleeding a lot of speed and needed a lot of thrust to get out of that stalling point. Most of the time I had to push her to AB and get out and pull back on the throttle. Either I was not doing it right or I don't know.
  7. What exactly would this do ? what camera does it change ? Zooming is not a realistic thing except on instruments because in a simulator it is usually hard to look. In a real aircraft your zoom is limited outside IMO. You are strapped down to the seat and you can't zoom in with your eyes. But again we are flying in a virtual world where it is very very different so the visual will never be like the real world view so yes zooming some could be good. I am looking for reference points , you know how ? the center window should give me a reference point of the horizon when I am leveled or pitch up / down. When I bank 30 I should know the reference point of the canopy / cockpit without looking at any instruments . When leveled the horizon should be around 4 fingers above the dashboard and climb should be 2 fingers below something like that. I don't chase any instruments I use them as reference. I like looking out that's why I don't like night flights :) . I am more of a VFR flyer but do like VMC conditions. So IMC I usually avoid.
  8. I have no idea actually how to save a SP track. will check though I am trying to reproduce the failure I had but no such luck. Going to try it again later.
  9. I made a track but nothing happened during the flight the engine worked fine no issues. But I can't find the track file anywhere. I did get engine shutdown on MP in a level flight with AB though was only a couple of hundred feel of the ground but i restarted the engine. BTW I loose fps in this Mig21 , I am not expecting anything great because I am on a laptop but compared to the F15 I tend to loose around 7-9 fps . Is it because of the textures ?
  10. I was supposed to post a track file but I didn't get the time to do it. Will try to make one today.
  11. I am still on the start of docs :) covering both the 21 and the 15
  12. Hmm I am using a handheld rudder actually a broken joystick which has a throttle too so I control both together but Yes I can assign the toe brake keys to it like I have done for the 109.
  13. I know about flying :) I have training. Oh you meant the F-15 ? Hmmm well still a bit complicating but will get there. But not about the damn yaw during take off I again crashed almost 10 times damn. She is not ready to stay in the center. I will check the document for that.
  14. My poor little thread.
  15. Hey I should try this. Go down in a negative G.
  16. Because of the rudder use during take off I have rolled so many times onto the wings and crashed. Even if i don't use the rudder the automation system is not centering her. But during the flight an extreme maneuvering I have not noticed the center ball getting misaligned. Other than these issues I have not noticed anything else. I have almost taken her to the extremes using 170kts on 60-70 aob and the bird shudders good fun.
  17. Was probably what happened, because of the engine thrust being powerful it's possible that it compensated for the that effect. About the airbrakes also does not slow down much. TRim ?? I didn't have problems with the trim the eagle trims itself.
  18. I had the whole left remaining out. I will try some test runs once I finish with the Mig21.
  19. The problem was there was no noticeable drag due to the left gear which was stuck but I think that has been resolved. No major issues though. just small tiny stuff here and there. flying too many different birds causes that :)
  20. Nah , I am on a MP server which I doubt has any wind component at all. But I increased the curves and she feels much better. Will be taking her up once I finish dinner and do some stunts with the flankers good fun.
  21. Yes roll onto a wing I have set the curves to 30. Yes that damn auto thing
  22. Well some issues using the rudder during takeoff I try to maintain the center line but she will go on her wings and slide :( I watched the Raytheon Video the maneuvering is pretty close. Made my own headtracking :)
  23. Ya a small thing turned too big.
  24. @pepin1234 why not contact the USAF an Eagle Sqdn they will put all these matters to rest if they care to respond. This is a simulator and they are developed according to the documentation recv. I feel you show some evidence as stated many times by others else let it go. BTW guys I am using headphones during flights I am wondering what audio percentage would be good.
  25. Thanks for the info.
