Bloody hell i am crashing again with the same technique rascal. BTW I don;t know if this is in the right thread but I have found a sound mod for the Dora on lockonfiles and the file last update it nov 15 2015 has anyone this mod ? I applied the sound mod and I really like, except on full throttle there is a loop.

Landing is not tough for me just need some practice but right now I am only take off , the problem is my aircraft she is never too stable do not know why , could be a joystick setting or something. Sometimes i am not able make her climb up quick because I need to hold a lot of back pressure this I noticed when a Mustang started firing at me from my six and so was doing the S-split and then I dived down almost 100 ft above ground but there was a mountain just straight ahead for which I needed to climb so i pitched the nose up gave full power she climbed but the engine went out. When trying to pitch up I had to give a lot of back pressure but the nose was not climbing that quick. I think I will set the curvatures to 0 when I get back home and try.

I think I was trying too hard to take off but it is much easier than it looks.

I am on the ACG server trying out a new headtracking with the smartphone and it works but it causes confusion and made crash twice hehehe else I feel i was born to fly this bird :megalol:

HEY THAT WASN"T MY FIRST TAKE OFF :) IT WAS A FIRST ERROR FREE TAKE OFF. Yes headtracker is essential for a flightsim , I do have facetracknoir but it's not always stable so I am making a 3 point cap based IR tracker for use with Pointtracker a feature of Facetracknoir .

Yeyeyeyee first take off :) but the mustang hit me from the back :( disadvantages of having no headtracking :(

I am not using a twist grip rudder. That is my broken Logitech attack 3 which I use as a throttle and rudder and for some switches. So one hand the stick and the second the rudder / thrust etc...

Yes but only a little bit of rudder else it will spin. Alright I will try all these tricks and see what I am comfortable with.

If I don't use the aileron she is not good for me. And rudder I only use it if she is not straight. Maybe I can try without the aileron and use the rudder only.

I think I got the trick to get this girl up in the air. This is what I do. Once aligned in the center of the rwy , stick back and full right aileron (guess to aviod the prop wash) and a little right rudder. Increase throttle to 1.3 wait a few seconds push to 1.5 and once above 120 let the stick come back in to the center , I have more control. I noticed that the rudder is not needed during the take off roll but only if the ball mis-aligns. There are moments that I feel I am going to loose the nose but with some yaw adjustments I get her back. Hope this is correct , because I tried all methods posted by members but I was never comfortable. Never tried the landing except once and I broke the gear and fell straight on the belly :). For taxi I don't even lock the tail wheel and she is fine. I never read my school books but reading the document on this bird :)

I prefer the Dora against the Mustangs. Some how I am not too fond of the American birds. And I meant a DGFT against a Mustang.

WHen I am able to successfully take off I will fight the Mustangs :) ,I love this bird when I fly it low and fast

Had some good take offs but more practice needed. Feels very good on the rudder when in a turn. Didn't need to apply the rudder as the ball was centered, great when I go full power in a climbing turn.

Trying now did crash at least 10 times :) I am sure my yaw is not good so it side slips and goes tumbling rumbling
