  1. Yes there is the other landing gear also to account for but when they are down the whole scenario changes. Because of the left landing gear which is stuck causes more drag which would require more thrust and if the thrust is not given it will lead to more weight and non of these were required as the aircraft was flying very normal. I wasn't slow as I had just climbed back from a touch n go. Yes could be they haven't modeled it as yet, probably will notice it in the PFM. Thanks.

  5. Hi, HOPE THIS IS IN THE RIGHT SECTION. DCS 1.5.2 / 2.0 I was trying out the F-15 in Nevada , firstly both these addons are very good. But I have noticed something with the F-15 , I maybe wrong don't know as I have never flown a real one. I tried a touch n go at Nellis but didn't maintain the glideslope and also the thrust was not correct I guess which made me come in like a rock but as I was on a touch n go I climbed back up after touchdown and retracted the gears and not sure if I looked at the gear light but as I had a bumpy hard touchdown I checked the external view and noticed my left gear was still out. Now this got me wondering , shouldn't the aircraft be more heavy on the left because there is more weight and drag on the left side. I didn't even need more thrust or need to adjust any of the controls , the aircraft was flying like a normal one flies in DCS. A similar thing happened with the Mig21bis and I could literally feel the aircraft more heavy on the left and had to apply right rudder with some right aileron to keep her leveled with more thrust. I am not comparing the developer point of these but just a basic LIFT WEIGHT DRAG THRUST principles. Definitely the DCS model is very responsive quick in climbs turns and banks. The aircraft does feel easy to ride. Could someone shed a light on this ? OOPS MOD I PUT THIS IN THE 1.5.2 SECTION PLEASE MOVE IT 2.0 Thanks.

Can't say about the Mustang, but in the 109 / 190 should be a little difficult , using keys as rudder is no fun because it does not have that linear input, I am using a broken logitech joystick as rudder and throttle. So co-ordination during banks / rolls is not that great but it is fun I manage.

  9. Will try some stunts with the Dora tonight on the ACG server. Prefer just flying her than getting into combat.
  10. DGFT conserve fuel , use the three energies , maintain SA and don't loose sight. I get that wing drop when banking above 80 AOB the right / left wing tends to get less LIFT in fact the nose drops. But it happens when I am fast,I don't know what speed but will check. The Dora is a pretty agile and maneuverable aircraft.

  14. My mistakes in the Dora and Messerschmitt were very stupid I was trying too hard to take off and use to loose the tail in the tail process. The 109 goes up without an effort. The 190 needs around 170 kts I think
  15. Yes that tactics is more of an aerobatic rather than the belly / aileron roll.

  18. The FFB is only good on shakes and bumps and probably when banking or elevating as there is a force which will oppose it

  21. well that Mustang Pilot said that :). He did say the BF109 were easy targets. I will search for that vid on youtube and post the link here. But when I am in the K4 I find her kind of slow in turns unlike the Dora.   23. There is a video of a P-51 where the pilot says that the 109 was able to match his tactics when the 109 was on his six till he had to do a very dangerous maneuver to get the 109 off his tail. Just search for P-51d on youtube.
  24. My take off is great now feels like a sports car. I did land twice but on the belly because I had a gear problem and the second time I flared on touch down which made go up like a balloon and came down hard so broke the gear and then went on the belly. My approach is not good which I have to practice. I am 2/3 rd of the wing from the runway and bank when the threshold is 45 deg to the wing. I think I need to maintain proper altitude around 1500 agl
