Easy, medium and hard may be same aircrafts so maybe put 6-8 aircrafts in ME then use a random. Or name each aircraft in group name "RTS_aircraft1", "RTS_aircraft2", etc. Put them in a table and use a random to spawn a group.

Guys, you can also start INS Cal first then manage to start everything else, engine, avionics, prepare your flight plan. So 8mn is pretty short.

Memory alignment should take in count when you put aircraft, in ME, start from ramp. So just 4mn to align.

As i want the most accurate system, i guess it's more easy to have information from a 70's system than something from 2000. You don't have database for RWR's Gazelle so the Tiger... Some years ago, i worked on Gazelle and Puma, that's why i'm waiting for it. Just my point of view, don't worry.
