Hi guys, Thanks a lot for the fun. I am sorry I got a friendly on the second sortie. Got one on the first engagement and was kicked after the blue on blue. My bad, but I had a lot of fun. All the best and tks for hosting it. Sydy -

How to move 'saved games' to a bigger disk!
Sydy replied to sc_neo's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Hi Rudel, hola! I am stuck as I said. I managed to clean F and move all my other content (except the SAVED GAMES content) to my E, but I can not move forward beyond that... Look at the error: HELP! :helpsmilie: Tks in advance, Sydy -
Hi guys, I loved this module and decided to find a good ballistic setting for weapon employment. I hope you like the video I made to demonstrate the weapon use. I like the module so much that I even contributed a bit via PayPal. You guys deserve it! All the best, Sydy

How to move 'saved games' to a bigger disk!
Sydy replied to sc_neo's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Ok, Now I messed up and need your help! LOL I tried to move the "Saved Games" folder to my drive F:, but when I changed the location to F: he put every contents of it in the root of F:, so I looks like a mess. I'd like to have a folder named "Saved Games" on F: and not everything on the drive root. How may I undo the initial move, please? I can not find the "Saved Games" folder anymore. Tks in advance, Sydy -

Bf-109K4 Jagdflieger Campaign Movies.
Sydy replied to Sydy's topic in Bf 109 K-4 Jagdflieger Campaign
Hi Reflected, Yep, I am progressing slow. I was in RL assignment and just came back home. Flew mission 2 and 3 already. It was awesome. On mission two I managed to shot down two "four engines", the first on HO pass with a collision that I survived with my RH wingtip broken and kept flying and got a second one, a straggler that dropped from the formation (no "Franz Stigler" save that day). Managed to rtb and land on fire and controlled the fire after engine shut down. I'd never do it in RL, but I did here. On the third one I engaged, managed some good cinematic but only got a burst in a spit. RTB allright. Pretty soon I will edit the videos. The mission 2 will be funny to see. :joystick: All the best, Sydy -

=BW=Jambock_Sydy F-5E or Mig-19 as secondary role, whatever roster allows. -
Tks for the feedback, but as I state on the DL page this checklist is far from the real one and its sole purpose is to get you flying quickly. Tks, anyway. Tks, funny thing is that I have the Ka-50 “since always”, but only know I decided to try it and only because of the “Memory of the hero” campaign. In the end it is pretty fun to fly. Yesterday I flew two full sorties online and both with great results. I love it now. With this Quick Checklist, I basically “tried” all the planes/choppers and published checklists for them all. Some better than others. I’d say I mastered half a dozen birds, but it is hard to keep proficient on them all. All the best guys, Sydy

Hi guys, I know the module is quite old, but I decided to master it recently and, of course, did one of my quick checklist to make my life easier. You may find it in the Users download page Ka-50 Quick Checklist.. Tomorrow I will upload a "night version" of it. All the best, Sydy

BF-109K-4 "Jagdflieger" Campaign Issues
Sydy replied to Xoho's topic in Bf 109 K-4 Jagdflieger Campaign
Hi Reflected, Do you know if they updated the campaign or just not yet? Tks, Sydy -
Cool! Rudi did a great job on the missions. I just converted it to the 190 fine tuning to be doable. Pls, don’t care about the kill numbers, just have fun. I had the double of the kills flying the 109 compared to the 190. Some missions are pretty hard and spits are a pain in the butt! LOL Have fun. Sydy

Hi guys, This is the DCS Fw-190 A-8 Operation Tsunami Campaign. The original was for the Bf-109K-4 and made by Rudi-Beutler@t-online.de He was kind enough to let me, Sydy, to translate it to english and convert it to the Fw-190A-8. Even on the early access stage, the campaign is doable. Fw-190 A-8 Operation Tsunami Campaign. Some enemies were toned down and one 190 was added in some mission so you fly in a "Kette" instead of a "Rotte". I do not speak German, so I apologize in advance for any gross translation error, but I am sure you will be able to understand most of it. :-) Mind your fuel. To keep maneuverability high, the fuel is pretty close to the minimum to accomplish the missions but all of them are doable. How to Install: Extract this file into F:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\FW-190A8\Missions Read the Notes and Problems.pdf Read the Dogfight against AI.pdf Have fun! Instructions: Fw-190A-8 Operation Tsunami Operation Tsunami is a Fw-190 fighter pilot campaign with 10 missions in which one must win mainly for air combat missions. Originally made to the Bf-109 by Mr. Rudi Beutler who kindly let Sydy to convert and translate it. The following is required: - DCS version 2.553 stable - Fw-190A-99 module - Normandy map - WW2 Assets pack. The contents of the packed file must be saved in the folder "F:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\FW-190A8\Missions". The text files nor the PDFs do not need to be copied there. 03.04.1944 Normandy The situation for the German Wehrmacht is very bad. On the eastern front you are in retreat. Fuel and supplies are scarce. Several hydrogenation plants have been destroyed by bombing or heavily damaged. Right now, the Allies are launching the "Operation Tsunami", a major assault in Normandy. The "Operation Tsunami" is successful. The German Air Force is also equipped there only with a minimum stock of aircraft. In the next few days, the Luftwaffe is to secure with the remaining ground forces, airfields and strategically important places until reinforcements arrive. missions: 1 Ferry to Carpiquet 2 Bombers approaching 3 Mustangs are attacking 4 CAP over Carentan 5 Ship Attack 6 The train is coming 7 Attack on Carentan 8 Operation Forget-me-not 9 Bombing Weather 10 Advance to the coast Once again, thank you Rudi. You may download the Operation Tsunami Campaign in the User Files Download Page All the best guys and good hunting. Sydy.
