  1. Guys, I noticed that the problem is when the Engine is not hot enough. When the engine is bellow that mark close to 50C, the CBs pull. After the engine is warmed up, above 50C or so, no problem with the generator nor the battery and you may turn on the weapons. My two cents! All the best, Sydy
  2. Hi Chuck, Once again, thank you! Sydy
  3. Pretty cool! Sounds great. I am in a vibe to fly warbirds lately. I flew the Tsunami Campaign twice and flew the first Jagdflieger mission also twice. LOL I am planning to convert the Tsunami campaign to the Fw-190A A-8, but I will write to the publisher first. That’s another nice bird to fly and I am sure the community will enjoy having an 190 A-8 Campaign as well. All the best, Sydy
  4. Hi guys, I will make some movies about this campaign. No voice overs, just how the campaign develops. So far, I flew only the first mission and I am waiting for the next campaign update as Reflected mentioned. Reflected, congratulations for the campaign. I am looking forward for flying it. I hope you like the humble movie. All the best, Sydy
  5. Hi Reflected, The OB was just updated, but no mention of the campaign on the changelog. Do you know if they included the new fixed missions you made, please? Tks, Sydy
  6. Life is simple: Does it cost REAL money or do I have a limitation on the arena? No? Drop the tanks! If I have a limitation on the base resource or the arena, I don’t drop it unless really necessary. All the best, Sydy
  7. Lovely!
  8. Hi Targanon, Solve like that: Or watch the preparation I make for the campaign. It works. Good luck, Sydy
  9. Yep, that's the second I've got. The first one is the 908. Both are awesome.
  10. Hi guys, As said above it depends. Depends on the IR system. Five of the planes we make uses three sensors for the EVS - Enhanced Vision System: the IR with short-wave length (the one that senses heat), an IR with a Long-wave IR (that senses unlit or unheated building, hills, trees and so on) and one camera (4x time more sensitive than the human eye) and gets these three signals and mix them to present just one image to the pilot. So, yes, depending on the situation, you may see a tree in it. I doubt DCS gets that complex and, probably, they just model the short-wave IR sensor, so, the trees “most of the time” will not be present. Note that things that are cooler during the day may be hotter than the environment during the night (like swamps, water ponds and lakes). So, what I think they should not show it as a Christmas tree, but there is more in the IR industry than most of the public knows. If you are curious to see an approach using EVS, here goes and example I have (looking through the Head-up display): All the best, Sydy
  11. Yep, and it is pretty cool, but I have my own “style” to do things... lol I think I have around 45 of these published, but yours is pretty neat and fancy. You gotta remember that not everybody will get the campaign. (I think they should!) Tks anyway. I am looking forward for the missions update. All the best, Sydy
  12. Hi guys, As I am prepping myself to fly the Jagdflieger Campaign, I decided to update my KUFÜRST Quick Checklist. It is available on the User Files DL page. quick link here. I hope it helps and you guys like it. All the best, Sydy
  13. Hi WB, You're welcome! It was quite fun to fly the campaign and to make this series. Now, let's go for the last one. BFM 12 agains F-15 Eagles. I hope you guys make good use of it. I am not a pro on the matter, but a "good enthusiast". All the best, Sydy
  14. Good morning, guys, Two more: BFM 10 - Against F-15E Strike Eagles BFM 11 - Against Su-27 Flankers In a few hours a will publish the last one to wrap it up. Thks for watching, Sydy
  15. Hi, I have both versions. The first one 608 is pretty good and is much longer than the combat version. This 608 fits pretty well in the chair from the top of back rest down to the seat end. I just started to use last week the Combat version which is green and much more compact. Same effectiveness and produces the same effect. I think the combat one is much more “fancy” and looks more “combat” to me. I like the green color and how it fits the chair. Basically it fits from the middle of the back rest all the way down to the entire seat. First of all, both models worth the investment and I strongly recommend them both. Get the combat version if you can. Ergonomics: What I noticed is that with time I started to develop a kind of “Tail bone pain” and that the motors in the seats contributed to it (besides other factors like getting old - 50 yo now). Just four days ago I added a gel cushion and the pain went away and got much more comfortable with the same feelings and effect. My next step is to get a “sheep skin mat” to cover the seat. Although not used in combat planes, I love the ones I have available in commercial or business jets. That will help endurance to stay seated for longer times. So, this is my impression so far. Again, I vouch for both seats! Andre’s shop is amazing and he’s very helpful. All the best and good luck, Sydy
  16. Hi guys, Here goes BFM 09 against MiG-21 Fishbeds. All the best, Sydy
  17. Hi Reflected, Tks for the info. I will fly the first one and wait for the update next week. Count on my support and videos. All the best, Sydy
  18. Hi Reflected, Thank you for the campaign. Now I have a reason to fly the 109 again. Just made some refresh flights today to “recheck” the 109 and get “current”. Tomorrow I will star the campaign and, hopefully, If I made some good mission, I will make a small YT movie about the campaign or, maybe, even a series of it. Special thanks to PorcoRosso for the skins. I already checked and looks like I have no problem with the skins. I just checked the first mission on the start and look for any F2 view problem. Found none! Take care you guys and thanks. Sydy
  19. Dr, As you said, it is a game. If you want to have fun and make it easy why don’t you just open F10, click on you airplane Icon and see the navigation waypoints and fly toward India? It is a game - it’s for fun, you know? Developers will not be sorry for you and put a smoke just because you want. As simple as that. Take care, Sydy
  20. Hi guys, Just edited one more. Here goes BFM 08. Similar Air Combat Maneuvering against F/A-18C. All the best, Sydy
  21. Hi guys, Here goes BFM 07. It is against MIG-29Gs. All the best, Sydy
  22. Hi, Use the sensor to the DDI where Mav F is (showing the camera) and press uncage. Or, after using the TGP, use the Undesignate Button. Good luck, Sydy
  23. Exocet laughs in Falklands' terrain...
  24. Hi Sting57, Mate, it is my pleasure. I have fun flying the campaign and fun making the movies. It's the hobby in the hobby. Btw, two weeks ago I was in Brisbane and then Sydney. I had a lot of fun there. Wonderful country of yours. Take care, Sydy
