which one of these progams can i use to draw in special effects. as in rather than just add a blur effect at a certain place on screen, i want to 'draw' the the blur effect of the engine heat. or can neither do that? maybe i need adobe after effects for that?

why are the russians so complicated like holy crap. there seems to be like 1000x of this R27 and then about 10000 other R7 series missiles. America has two mainstream missiles which get the job done.
