While its more of an ED thing than a LN thing, I would like insurgents to have practically everything in the game. In fictional conflict you don't know what insurgents can get there hands on (land, sea or air) plus insurgents can cover a range of enemies, guerrillas, defectors, rogue units etc. sorry for going a bit off topic guys.

Is it possible to allow for the search function to pinpoint you to the specific page or pages what you search for is on? Its a pain when it goes to threads hundreds of pages long.

I have found a considerable game breaking bug in mission 10 'War at Sea'of the Su 33 campaign Sea Dragon. Probably been mentioned before but i cant go through 151 pages of bugs to find it. Within seconds of the mission start the Tu-22s fire their cruise missiles instead of waiting for orders to fire, as a result the get shot down before you even have a chance to clear the combat area etc. In mission testing I have found the what i believe is the issue in the advanced waypoint orders with the Tu-22s being given a order to conduct enroute task: anti ship strike from their starting point overriding there other orders at later waypoints. I tested this and removing this fixed the issue of immediate firing, I dont have the chance atm to further test to see if it causes more issues but i hope it can be fixed soon as im stuck on that last mission.

Hey guys. A mate and I are looking at getting teamspeak so that we can talk without using the chat window. I just looked on the site and there's the client and server downloads. I understand that if your going to run a server you get the server download by... My questions are: 1) If you get the server download, are you able to join other servers as a client. 2) If not are you able to have both client and server teamspeak installed? Sorry if this is confusing but i just want to be sure and know what I'm doing. Cheers Boomer20

Hey Guys Not sure if this has been mentioned and if so, very very sorry. I was flying the Su-27 Instant Action mission and found an issue with the B-52 wings once I shot it down, from a certain distance the wings reappear after being blown off. Again if already known, my apologies, just thought it would be good to mention. Cheers Boomer20

Next DCS (US) Fixed Wing Aircraft Wish List

Not to mention people were voting for the PAK FA on that as well. Whats next people asking for the B-3 -
Im pretty sure you can safely turn off PAC, all PAC does is stabilise the aircraft when firing the GAU-8. However I never noticed that turning off the PAC removes the cross, I also thought it just stays there?

DCS: Masterchief?????? :megalol: We also could create incidents like these (for those after realism) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_alleged_aircraft%E2%80%93UFO_incidents_and_near_misses

UFOs could make for some interesting interception missions. Creativity FTW!!!! I enjoyed the FSX UFO interception mission but i reckon if it was in DCS with actual weapons it would be far cooler.

While I voted for the F/A-18. What I would really like at the moment is a Harrier (either AV8B or GR. series). Even if it was an AI-only initially and we got an object like a FARP that can designate a piece of land as a dirt strip it would be really cool. I reckon the Harrier would be well suited to the mountains of the Georgia theatre. I know RAZBAM are doing a Harrier and VEAO are doing a Sea Harrier but I imagine there a while off. One can dream though. -
You know when it's time to take a break from DCS A10-C when..
Boomer20 replied to HAVOC131's topic in DCS: A-10C Warthog
When you load up DCS to find out to your joy that your playing with EDGE and its amazing........ Only to wake up and think S*** I just dreamt about DCS 2.0.0. -
Those images look as though we may be able to spot enemies from further away. Getting Close!!!

I voted Eastern Europe but any Europe would do, gives a lot of the nations in game a bit of relevance other than the old coalition fighting overseas idea. Dating back to my old Microprose Harrier Jump Jet days I wouldn't mind seeing a Hong Kong theater or a Nordkapp theater. Both would provide well for naval and land operations I would imagine.

I nominate Diveplane, Tuco & WinterH

Not to mention challenging to take off. Got the start up good. But blew it on the take off. Whoops :P

Thanks Tuco. I have to admit though, I have been playing DCS for two years now. (I just got the P-51, sorry for the confusion) I got the A-10C Box by chance looking around one of my local game stores, but it wasn't a year later that after getting sick of the why tanks could tear the A-10 to pieces i looked for an update and found DCS World. The A-10 has been my favourite for a while (with the Ka-50 close second) but I can see myself loving the P-51 just cause its a whole different ballgame. As for getting online I think I will learn to start up procedure before I be a turkey :P

So I just bought the Mustang last Sunday.I really love the feel of the Mustang, it is amazing and a testament to what WWII pilots had to go through to keep this birds airborne and flying straight. So today was the 3 time I attempted the 51 vs 190 Instant action mission and after 36 minutes and riddling the 190 with bullet holes. I scored the final death blow taking out the guys left wing. :D I have been playing flight sims since I was six (15 years ago) and I have to say this was the longest, funnest, most challenging dogfight I have ever experienced. I have never felt that satisfied to achieve a kill in a flight sim before. I send a million thanks to ED for this awesome simulator (Both Mustang and all the other modules/World) and I hope there are many more year of enjoyment from this game. Boomer20

[ANN] Web-based Lua debug console for DCS: World missions
Boomer20 replied to FSFIan's topic in Mission Editor
:wallbash: I got 1.1 not realising they were different and that the Big blue text was a link. That fixed it thanks. Are you able to move FARPs? Also a point to make for those who find internet connections a pain....this does work offline after the time opening the witchcraft file. (This wasn't entirely clear to me so I thought it might be worth mentioning.) Cheers
