Really good stuff Ian, your video is really helpful and clear. I have it working however I'm finding my units don't move when in game when I move them on the browser. I am only using one monitor as I dont have a second one to use and I just window mode DCS. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

Hey guys! Is there any way to view what you are making in a mission without actually loading up the mission? Would be helpful when making a building complex of some sort and knowing what the topography your building in is.

Yeah mate you hit the nail on the head. Never thought to use stop condition and looking at ED missions that's what they've done. Thanks for the help

Hi guys. I'm sure this has been asked before, however I've had no such luck finding anything using the search tool. In my mission I am perform a SEAD strike, following this a pair of bombers will fly in and attack there targets. I have the bombers on orbit but I don't know how to make it so that once I eliminate the air defenses the Bombers will proceed on with the rest of the way-points. Any help would be most appreciated, I'm loving the mission editor.

I had a similar problem in the Su-25T, i fired a laser guided missile (cant remember which one) in between the the MANPAD and the comm guy, the comm guy died but the MANPAD survived, a very direct shoot however put him on his feet which made me think that to kill a MANPAD you need to hit it spot on and that shockwaves do effect them.

But......but :cry: I wanna win....... :P

So when is DCS: Tyrannosaurus coming :lol: I'm actually quite happy to see a range of aircraft from many eras. And if high quality content is coming out I don't mind what era it is.

^That very well may be the case but that probably won't change the stance they made. Unless you have a direct phoneline with them and can convince them otherwise.

I guess they think that EDGE might introduce something that could break what they have already done or would have done if they didn't put it on hold maybe? My best bet is that we might as well wait until EDGE is out before we hear anything from the RAZBAM guys. And I know how my ED forumgoers hate waiting :P

If you go to their facebook page, someone asked about DCS news and they stated they are on hold untill EDGE comes out and the evolution of the game etc. mentioning that they want to wait till its stable so that what they release is not broken within an update.

A-10C cause of its heavy hitting and well it was the first module I got so I know it well enough now to hold my own and really enjoy it. Im starting to get the swing of things in the KA-50 but honestly all the aircraft are great and I enjoy them all (the ones I have anyway)

How many more aircraft are in need of new models anyway? I noticed in upupandaway's link to the wiki there were WIPs of a few of the transports. It got me wondering if the F-4 was ever gonna get one. Or at least a retexture, its textures are looking awfully pixelly now.

Thanks will have a look. I forgot to ask, is having teamspeak or a mic important online or is it pretty easy to get by without one. I ask because I don't have a mic (that i know of) and haven't really ever thought of getting one.

Hello all I have been playing DCS for a while now and I have been getting the hang of air to air combat recently against the computer. So I thought I might have a crack at an online games over today and tomorrow. So my questions are: 1) What servers are recommended for a relatively new person with no human vs human air combat experience? 2) Are there any Australian servers I can join or do you have to be a more experienced pilot/regular and you need to join for them? Any help will be appreciated. Cheers
