Ok. Have you any other game control devices in addition for TM HOTAS? If it is - than chech their axis assignements in LockOn options. This effect can be caused by duplicated pitch control on two devices.

When it is happens: have you any responsefrom joy buttons which is mapped in LockOn and other axis? You're sure that you have no USB connection problems?
