And I really hope you believe me when I say that that page contains no more info than your average commercial. That info might fit a stat page in some popular fast paced arcade online shooter, not a flight manual, and it doesn't give any kind of useful info, except for how the weapon control system is called: RLK-29E (-E for export). Having said that, I realise I've lost my miggie manual, need some links.

Some documentary on modern aviation, I'm at the part with the nighthawk, looks crisp so far. The narration sounds a bit propagandistic, but the music is good, as is the footage, and that's what counts. http://www.videoordnance.com/swvideo.htm EDIT: I see it's osme commercial program, and that it was some demo movie on their products, sorry for that, feel free to remove this post.

That page says very little, even nothing, just tells us how the weapon control system is called :P Nothing revealing at all, don't even sure why you post it, seems like the mig29a manual we all can dl freely on the web

All of this because one Mig-29 ate a bird during a high alpha pass? Come on, grow up, it all depends on piloting skills, and their judgement. If someone tries doing too much in too little time, it will go wrong, engine stalls have not much to do with this, at least, not on the mig-29 and su-27 series. Just admit that the F-teen engines are more prone to engine stalls, don't keep on whining, making wrong comparisons and showing opinions on how you like US jets. Please compare the state of the average Russian/eastern airfield and that of a nato compliant one, then stop the whining about engines. They have very robust engines, but the quality of them isn't as high as that of US made ones, nonetheless, the engines are capable of handling disturbed airflows, mostly due to the intake vane geometry. Sorry for going off-topic.

How come the music is gone?

And please tell me what kind of sub can 'silently' go from lets say 25 kts to 10 in under a minute? ;) And the Shkval was never designed as an offensive weapon, it was always profiled as a close-in last resort defensive measure, where a normal torpedo shot would result in a quick response, and kill from the other sub. And a Kilo is one of the stealthiest subs ever produced, even more considering the price of that thing (not talking quality here, probably crap). And firing soloutions are based on where the target WILL be in those '30 to 70 seconds'. And stop this, I love American stuff, so I'll whine how good it is 'till I die act. It's getting pathetic. BTW, that 'snapping down' of the Su-27 is a lomac-induced fantasy, it can keep its nose pointed way up there until it drops, and you can't blame gravity this time. ;)

The first flight I made after the 1.11 patch, I fired an R-77, and it did a similar thing :P

That's my girl, does amazing tricks, and in the end it misses with 5m or so

Imagine the fps if we wolud have actual submarines, ouch! OMG, even in this thread is the damn F-22, come on, the thing is too expensive, and way over budget, you don't need to defend that, that's what LM-spokespersons are for. 'Yes, the F-22 will only cost 60 mil*`'", no need whining that it will do the job of 4, or 40 other jets, the thing is too darn expensive, accept it. *`'"= May include ordering 2000 units, 20 new factories and half a president's leg for vodoo purposes Nuclear submarines' future is getting bleaker and bleaker, when a very efficient energy conversion is possible (in 20 years perhaps), all nuclear subs may be obsolete and not stealthy enough. Imagine an electric sub with lots of endurance and good diving depth, that thing will be kind of like the F-22, just let's hope the whining will not be on such a scale. :/

I have photos that are all ok, it was a bug/bad upload, no censorship, despite it being on some Chinese site.
-
That's what happens when getting photos from dodgy Chinese sites, with lots of them having crappy connections that are filtered 30 times before they can send something. Oh well, here they just datamine everything you do, beats all that paperwork ;)

Wether the ejection system could have saved his life is questionable, don't know how the k-37 rocket extraction system handles high sinkrates. There have been no actual ejections from the only helicopter equipped with ejection seats (don't whine 'X-wing this, X-wing that', it was a tech demo) :| The bad thing was that it wasn't doing any high speed maneuvers, makes me really wonder how that rigid coaxial rotor plane designed by Bell or something will ever fly, the one with the rotors spaced close together and a pushprop.
-
Is it one of the flight tests? Because all I recall was a high speed ground collision. pilot pulled too hard, blades clashed, not enough time to eject. This one is new to me, seems like the pilot was trying to eject, but it took to long :(

Dudes, I have a SB Live! lying around somewhere, I now use the AC-97 chip (8.1 whatever, onboard), which will give better sound quality, a real Creative SB Live! with some working firmware (hard to find), or the on-board chip that gives noise when downloading something?

That is not the F-35, it's the X-35 The F-35 is piggy, it's fat, has this strange nose, and is as large as the average american man of these days, so yes it is piggy. Yess, he's our Ziggy piggy, Ziggy piggy!! --> something from Bill & Ted (yes, a stoner movie)

Soo unimpressive, even X-plane has more, and from the vanilla package, no expensive add-on

Detectable at 32 FEEET ?????????????????????????

I guess the mig bounced its radar off some clouds.... :P 'Modern' SAM systems can track targets from 5m above the waves, so you'll have to fly lower than 16 feet not to be blown up by a S-300. -
The FCS looks twitchy, hmm, where do we know that from... Oh well, the thing looks monstrous. Did it use afterburners on take off? If it did, it sure is a piggy then. How about the helmet mounted display? Is the thing still having a hud, or did they finally do what they promised? :/

With the ACES II you can, otherwise, maybe by snapping off some wings Okay, this thread will be cloded in 7 pages, place your bets.

Nice vintage helicopter low flying vid

Lots of them, but none of them are 'open', just a dark texture.
