Civil Aviation Wish List Hi to all and good night. First i would ask to all here if you think if small civil (e.g. Cessna 172 Skyhawk, Piper J-3 Cub) or semi-civil (e.g. Cessna 0-1/L-19 Bird Dog) would have a chance to live and survive (in all ways also on battle field. Because, try to imagine a SA-15 Gauntlet vs O-1: No Way!!! :eek::huh:)in DCS. I explain myself: would you buy a module like that? The 0-1 can carry two HVAR rockets so its quite military :megalol: because modelling a small aircraft is easier that a fighter so. But if community answers positively i could try something like that. :D

+1 ;) I am not a good modeller but i think that we could export .blend to .max with an existing plugin and then convert the .max to .edm if we want to get in the sim.

I am interested, i am a good attack pilot (Su-25T Georgia, A-10A USA) and quite good fighter pilot (MiG-31 Ukraine, F-15C USA) but i need to know my future job work hours. ;) later in september if you don't have found a pilot i would be available. In anycase i would ask you to fly in MP after that date! ;) does that tiger also carry weapons?

you need to find the old=... parameter of A-10A or the SU and take it into the entry.lua of the hawk.

Come gia detto da Phant l' F-5N (dei nostri F-5E svizzeri comprati dall' US Navy e ricondizionati) é ancora il principale aereo di alcune rinomate squadriglie aggressor quali (a citarne alcune) il VFC-13 Saints e la VMFT-401 dei marines. Gli F-5N sono fra gli aerei piu visti alla NAS Fallon e sono affiancati da un paio di F-16B del NSAWC (quindi di propietá della marina) e vanno spesso a duellare con gli F/A-18E e F Rhino della navy, leggevo in air international. (Scusate per l'OT) comunque, un bel duello MiG-21 vs F-5 ci starebbe. Spero che passino anche all' F-5C votato all'attacco al suolo (Skoshi Tiger, vedi Vietnam) :)

If this's right you'll need just to find the old=.. parameter of the F-15C and do it as mod. nothing easier as that. ex.: make_flyable(T-50B, current_mod_path..'/Cockpit/KneeboardLeft/', {nil, old = ? }, current_mod_path..'/comm.lua') etc. etc. etc.

Hey folks! :D I was wondering if there's a guide somewhere (or if someone very very kind can explain and give some guidelines) on how to program a basic radar (like Selex Grifo-M, or APG-66, Kopyo-25, etc...) with simple A/A (maybe also A/G if we could :)) functions. i have some .lua coding experience, so like doing a plugin, flyable mods which involves .luas, aircraftdata.luas, and so on, so i at least know that we need C++ programming. But is it really so hard to model a radar which can use an e.g. AIM-7M? Can somebody help me out? And when we got this coding, how we get it under the form of a radar gauge image? Thanks SU
