He has 800W because he has twin 5770's in crossfire which both require at least a 450W power supply in order to keep stable. 800 watts is a good amount of power for the system he is running so there is no reason to upgrade anytime soon unless he plans to upgrade to newer cards. If you are only planning on running a single video card (460GTX) on an i7 system, I would recommend between 650 or 700 watts, just to keep on the safe side. Hmm, then I recommend trying to restore your entire Bazar and Config folders from a back up. I had the same problem when I was messing around with the cdds files and had a winter terrain merged with lockon reload terrain.

Ells, I sure hope you do know that the reason why all your trees and buildings have their tops cut off and your anti-aliasing isn't working is cause you have two or more cdds terrain packs fighting with each other. Best to fully uninstall all terrain enhancements to see if your terrain works again, then only install one. Aside from your installation problem, the model looks good!

If you mean the head roll, go to Config/View/View.lua (open with notepad/wordpad) and look for head_roll_shaking = true and change 'true' to 'false'.
