I can't, there's no point. LockOn/DCS engine is horrible for carrier operations. I'd rather land on the deck of Javier Fernandez's carrier in FSX than the Vinson in a decked out DCS module. Unless DCS had a brand new high quality aircraft carrier with working ILS, catapults, etc...

Are you running on water cooling or fans? I sure hope you're running ice water through those pipes if you're doing water cooling because that is hot. I wouldn't even think of overclocking that much on air, and I am running 10 fans!

True, but reality and simulators have something called head-movement so you would still end up seeing the other jets regardless.:smilewink: Do you honestly think the admins of the 104th server would follow through with that request?:P;) I personally like the little bit of tint on the 3GO bird, especially when it is at a time of great lighting in the game. Not only is the little bit of tint realistic and the fact that 3GO did it right, but I feel it gives it a stronger look. Eh, true. You mean "visor"? And are the visor and canopy sharing materials? I kinda had a weird effect with a piece in the canopy after I was messing with the VNAO F/A-18F, which I have still yet to figure out...:doh: @combatace- I hope you arn't getting an itch that I am trying to be annoying about this tint thing. I am just trying to get you to do this model right and realistically, not some cartoonish way with a fake gold windshield. I've Google searched both Su-33 and Su-27 Flanker-D and I have never seen a picture of one with a windshield tint, only Su-34's and normal Su-27's, and they don't have nearly as dense of a colored tint. But anyways, if you would like my assistance or opinion on anything, just let me know and I would be glad to help. That isn't much of a solution, instead it's like flipping a coin. The problem with that "solution" is most people make large online missions and forget to assign different skins, only weapons, to the aircraft flight (especially the Su-33 flights). That "solution" would be perfectly fine if you plan to only play single-player and make your own missions but when connecting online you will probably end up with 5-8 people flying the same exact jet. Instead of releasing the model with the urine tint and having random skins with a normal windshield, I would release the model with the normal color windshield and have the gold tint as an optional download separate from the pack.

After the official announcement from Wag (here), I think everybody should stop saying "when" FC3 is released and change the when to "if" because it is really annoying and it's only causing more of a rumor... Also, IF a Flaming Cliffs 3 would come out, instead of choosing to "patch" any game to A-10C, why not skip the A-10 compatibility and choose to include compatibilty in an FC3 for the next DCS module, seeing as when the next DCS module is released, A-10C will receive a compatibility patch to that, as well as BS. To me that would seem like the smart thing for ED to do.

This model is looking great and looking to turn out better than I was expecting, but when are you going to get rid of the hideous unrealistic urine colored tint?

I'm not sure about you but I personally would take that MiG-29 for a spin every weekend if it was mine. Maybe even ride with the top down on some days.:D Actually, the only MiG-29 that has been in the US for a while now was bought through the "black-market", and is currently here...

What I mean is that I occasionally visit the 104th Fighter Squadron fighter hangar and flight-line every few months and I have never with my own eyes seen a camouflage painted MDANG A-10. Each and every one of the 104th birds are 100% plain gray with the exception of the logos.

Totally fake, but badass.:thumbup:

What a bunch of morons saying BF3 looks like COD. Are you kidding me? Do us all a favor and remove your head from your behind, or just plain don't speak. Electronic Arts and DICE have both been working very hard to get to where they are now. Battlefield has been around longer than the Call of Duty franchise, so why are you speaking as if Battlefield originated from COD? If you actually took the time and watched a bunch of the behind the scenes videos about the designing and creation of Battlefield 3, you would know this game destroys any and all Call of Duty to date, and probably will till that sh** game dies. I don't know about you, but isn't Call of Duty beginning to add more "vehicles"? Wonder where they got that idea from. Hmmm.
