  1. You are right, some previous post also concluded that our newer Mi-8 are not affected much by LTE, but the lighter UH-1 definitely missed this simulation. Good thing is, as Askerov mentioned (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=2664064), BST is working on this feature so we will eventually see them to come [emoji4] Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  2. Wow thanks for the info, I'm so happy to know they are indeed working on the LTE. Yes, like mentioned in a previous post, our newer Mi-8 is not really affected by LTE, but the lighter UH-1 definitely have missed it. I will be patiently and excitedly awaiting for BST's implementation to arrive [emoji4] Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  3. Wow thanks for the great source! That answered exactly my question :D And for the LTE on UH-1, well, before the release of UH-1 module Belsimtek give a very verbal statement saying they will not simulate "complex LTE effect" (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1744396) due to them "too complex to simulate", which I was a bit surprised, I though such a aerodynamic condition would be exactly the advantage of DCS' real time calculation. But in such a statement it's not clear whether they are not simulating only more complex types of LTE effects (as there can be three different ways you get into LTE) or they are not simulating any possible LTE effect at all... Yet in another post, Belsimtek gave an also very verbal statement indirectly indicating the effect is included exactly as an advantage of DCS' real time calculation: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1581092 I am confused :( And in my own tests I could not get UH-1 into LTE either, though I could have missed many things.... Here in another post someone did an apparently more conclusive test for LTE on UH-1 but the result is not very promising: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1970625 I'm hoping things have changed a little in all these years though... 4. I was thinking the same for a while, until I saw this: So apparently it is possible to get Mi-8 into LTE. Or perhaps our newer veriant of Mi-8 has a much more powerful tail rotor than the older one (which has it's tail pointed to the right instead) shown in the video? Appariciate for enlightenment [emoji4] And by the way, LTE is not implemented even in UH-1 is it? I'll be very happy to know I am wrong [emoji4] Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  5. That's why they have already added the fan [emoji4] Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  6. Any plans to eventually implementing lose of tail rotor effectiveness effects? Currently there isn't seem to be much point of paying attention to wind direction :music_whistling:
  7. Ohhhhh... Okay Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  8. Guys, you do understand that, other than turning on FD mode, AP channels are also disengaged (with dumpers still on) as long as you are holding down the trim button, right? I found myself having a hard time get what the problem everyone seems to have a disagreement here :( Doesn't it work simply like this? You are flying straight with AP maintaining attitude, altitude and heading =>> you need to maneuver, so hold down trim button, you steer with full control authority =>> you finish the maneuver and established a new stable attitude and speed and altitude =>> release trim button which re-engage stick centering force with this current/new stick position as the center (either real force on you FFB stick or the "simulated" stick force with stick centering displacement) AND let AP maintain this new stable flight condition for the rest of the time. What is the problem? :/ Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  9. 感谢整理!~ 哈哈正在考虑这样弄一个 专门帖子果然被你抢了先 xD Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  10. Yes there is a switch to switch between the main and aux radio, it is on the other side of the throttle. Read the manual guys :) Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  11. Well said about depends on the situation, there don't seem to be "the only right way" of using the trim, you use it however the situation requires. Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  12. Lol I'm glad you liked my humor, sometimes you have to try to explain things with greater precision when English isn't your first language xD Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  13. Do keep in mind ED has already confirmed they are looking into the IR imagery situations.
  14. And in case we do get such an enormous "update" (it's really like a new aircraft), it will be awesome if the they as well fix the hydraulic immortality in the update. Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  15. Yes, such implementation make sense to a specific group of people, but for the rest of us there should be an option to choose... Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk

    Air refueling

And by the way, the switch on left cockpit wall which the manual states to be "aerial refueling switch" is still not clickable.... Food for thought :) Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  17. But still, since it is clearly stated in the manual that the onboard computer can not handle more than one type of AG weapons, we probably are not supposed to load a mix of bombs and rocket. I still think it is just a bug that needed to be fixed.
  18. But, yes you can deplete the remaining hydraulic pressure when the engines are not running (though as slow as if your engines are still running), but as long as you are still flying you will see the hydraulic pressure magically "comes back" to normal level... I remember Snooby (or Yo-yo, can't remember exactly) once mentioned he was trying to convince ED to give up their misconception that "windmailing engine fan is still able to provide full hydraulic pressure" without success... Sent from my SM-N9002 using Tapatalk
  19. Well, I guess so, but personally I always think that, compares to complex and very time intensive things like ground radar, better damage modeling, etc., this is really a very very low priority, but on the other hand when ED implemente such a feature it is not just put the corrected files into the file structure, but they are also responsible for testing it if they are to officially release such a fix, and if such a player made solution would cause other problems only ED the developers of DCS engine envision is not something I can tell. Just my hopefully-educated guess though :) And apologize for my English, it's not my first language :/
  20. This is a long standing bug since a very early update. But fortunately there is a simple fix for this: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/646047/
  21. 随DCS附带的GUI手册里面就有很详细的说明啦
  22. Wow this is BEAUTIFUL!!! Please do make this a download, I'm definately in :D
