  1. This is not only AWACS but all types of AI radars from planes to SAM. Everyone still see you, the only difference is no RWR singing and no shooting.
  2. God forbid that f15 is not like on the discovery channel!!111one!
  3. Indeed, some of the SAMs should not be even able to go for ordinance interception. Anyways, for me the bigger issue w/ AD units in lockon is their insta reaction time. You work your ass hard to sneak to the SAM site w/ terrain masking, just to get salvo in the face the same instant you pop up at close range.
  4. As topic says. There is no 'hide' caption for the button when you are in planes adding/mod dialog in mission builder. This is english CD version, if this helps.
  5. Good luck w/ bug hunt Han... I am keeping fingers crossed that it would be an easy find.
  6. Han, Yes, it had happened only when server quit first. The sequence is as follows: - 2 players (host and 1 client), 256/128 connection, default ports - Su25 is selected - After all vehicles are destroyed, we fly a bit more in the aera, and then host ends mission (we had used 'replane' few times. Both host and client). - Client starts to get distorted cockpit like it is shown in screenshot 003 to 005. Cockpit then finally vanishes and client was them moving high speed (unknown direction) on the ground w/o any plane as shown on 005.jpg. Other objects were ok, yet day turned to night as shown on 009.jpg. - Client was unable to disconnect. - Host had re-entered the MP and tried to kick client, which resulted that instead of kick client received "matrix" screen. - Client could exit Lockon only by going to taskbar and shut Lockon down. Hope this helps. quick AG MP.rar
  7. Happened twice w/ 1.11... when server quits, client cannot quit. Client gets very strange deformation of cockpit, which ends with that the client stays in same mission which was just flown, yet the time changes from day to night. Pressing on quit button does not help... each time the quit button is pressed, the last info message is displayed.
  8. hehe Attila, you had just posted what I had in mind to do... :D
  9. 1.00 of Flanker 2, to be more precise :D
  10. Map mouse axis. However there is one problem with this. A10 and Su25T have different mapping for sensor cursor moving :/ This means that you will need to remap keys when switching between the planes. Wish all had it under 'designator box'... maybe a bug?
  11. Do not mix sensor gimbal limits with sensor FOV
  12. For f18 TQS dimensions, take a peek to Mason electric catalog. Indeed not all dimensions are shown, however with basic technical drawing skills you can extract everything out. As for my suncoms... well I am completing a total rework. What is left from original is only grips. So if your friend only want to have them working w/ USB I would suggest to search frugalsworld forums and read how other folks used ordinary game port to USB converter to make it function.
  13. SUBS17, if I may, where did you get the dimensions of f18 TQS for making own mold? Mason Elec.? I tried to go similar way, however the price for making molds and casting was way over the top for me. Went then the other way of making totally my own 'make it simple, yet efficient' design, but then luck stroke me, and I got suncom's set of the ebay very cheap :) Not as cute as f18 TQS, not too much deviation from real f15, but it will do just fine :)
  14. Chizh, that is great news! :icon_pray SUBS17, you have a good start with x45 indeed.. if you have already USB gaming devices then it is smart to use them for micros. However if you do not own USB hotas, the plasma is indeed one of the best alternatives around.
  15. SUBS17, There is workaround with LO issue. You simply wire all axis to one device (8 per device), and buttons/switches can be mapped on both devices, but instead mapping functions thru LO you do it from external program which then simulates keyboard strokes like Foxy, etc. I really hope this will be fixed in 1.2, so there would not be any need for 'middle man'. This LO limitation is indeed huge show stopper for cockpit builders.
  16. Chizh, Thank you for your answer. I will keep fingers crossed for 1.2 then ;)
  17. Chizh, this IS DirectInput. I really suggest you to try plugging in 2 identical joysticks. The problem is same. And since I have worked on flight sim title which uses DX as well for all input stuff, we do not have this problem (PLASMA included) which is experiencing in LO. Are you sure you are using the right unique device identifier when pooling for input? We can talk over PM or email if you want.
  18. Thank you Olgerd, that is what I wanted to hear :D
  19. Thank you for your time... it is interesting indeed that for me it does not work every time, and I am doing like you do. I even did experiments w/ different G loads to see if I simply over G on climb. But it does not make a difference. I must test a bit more w/ various speeds and altitudes.. to have more empiric data.
  20. Olgerd I know that, that's why I had written that above ;) Thus questioning if it is correctly simulated as it is (v1.1) - WCS checking every single bomb release when in ripple. I guess we have problem in communication... two guys trying to communicate where english is not their primary language ;)
  21. Olgerd, thank you for your answer. However as I said above, if I set salvo and release intervals, lets say 30ms, in lofting maneuver I will not get the full release w/ nose above horizon pull in most cases, since currently weapons computer calculates release parameters for every bomb separatly. Thus I will drop, for example, only 1 bomb and not 4. I would speculate that in real life, the release command is given only one time at pickle. Now if you set ripples, those should be droped w/o any weapons parameter checking. It is simply matter of delay timer function of the set interlocks.
  22. OK I have just retried... the reason I was not releasing before was too huge release interval set, which I question if it is correct. As is now, it seems, that computer checks parameters for each bomb instead of just at the time of the pickle - first bomb release. Now I do not know how real 25 weapons computer is controlling ripples, however I doubt if the current implementation is a correct one.
  23. Well whatever I try my bombs do not release (counter goes to zero but nothing happens) if my plane nose is above horizon in vanila 25. W/ T performing same procedure releases the bombs. And yes, I do use laser... Please look at your artificial horizon and recheck. If it works for you, please record a track so I can see it.
  24. Su25t can loft, just fine, however non T cannot. Is that a feature or bug?
  25. np.. :) The Album is: Origin of Symmetry
