maybe. if the camera is recording at a very high framerate (60fps or higher), you will see "distinct" fast moving blades shadows

according to many other real heli videos I saw, no matter what RPM the rotor is, the swirling blades lead to a rapid bright/dark shifting on where the blades' shadows should cast (ground or the heli itself). I don't mean that distinct shadows when blades remain static. anyway, thank you.:P

as you can see in that SimHQ preview video, the swirling blades do not cast shadows on ground or airframes or anything else. it is what I can't accept. anyway, I still love DCS. and I hope that future updates will correct this and have in-cockpit shadows;)

I upgraded my rig to dual-core 3800+ last spring, and it effeciently increases multi-task proccessing. I usually playing DOOM3 and let Sony Vegas doing video rendering in background. this is impossible when i was using single-core AMD 3000+

yeah. I totally agree with EricJ. Software development should be controlled under plan. Almost anything out of plan should be wiped out to ensure the software quality. we just need to set a topic to comment advises and let ED know how much we care about those features we want. Then pray to god that ED will add those features into the next update of DCS. That's it. And most important. I think DCS: Black Shark is very close to finish. At this stage of software development, any addings of new features are usually unconsiderable. Clear?
