Lol I'm pretty sure that the a10 pilot in question is the only one to have these reported issues buddy. Most a10s I'm covering are done after a single stinger hit.....as for the mirage I'd like to see you take an aim9 or gun hits and keep flying straight and level. Yeah once you mechanically uncage the sight then you want to immediately electrically cage the sight in order to stop excessive pipper movement until you are in your dive and are not making large aircraft movements. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk

The bomb sight simply gives ranging information to the sight computer. This is made even more difficult when the terrain is uneven or sloped. What is your procedure that you follow in your run in. As with jets in this Era a lot of it boils down to your dive angle and entry speed as well as setting up the pipper to allow the gunsight to be as theoretically accurate as the computer can be. Old school techniques merged with new world tech. I actually find it easier to use just the manual pipper and electronically cage the gunsight until my dive speed and angles match. How many gs are you pulling during the lead. The gunsight is radar guided but only to a certain point. Similar to the 23mm on the l39za where there is actually a g limit. I find if I'm pulling more than 3-4 gs in the fight I won't bother with even pulling the trigger. Try unloading the aircraft before firing and setting yourself up properly before hand to get the best possible really aspect shot. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk

I'm agreeing with beer on this one. If at the end of the month there is no actual products or working prototypes shown I might just keep the tread on the back burner and check back in when there is some actual proof of concept going on. I feel for his health and anyone else's in this community but even I am becoming skeptical of the long promises and delays and missed deadlines.
