  1. Sent payment at 0248hrs this morning - email received today - serial number 1771 on the way - ETA 2 days... :) @dburne
  2. Fair enough mate - thanks for the use of your image :)
  3. Hey, wind your neck in...it's not a case I couldn't be bothered - nothing could be further from the truth... I wasn't aware you'd posted the same question until after I posted mine.. I later used your screenshot to save time preparing the same thing myself... I did read the comments but someone else gave me the impression the green light did work... just wanted to confirm...that's all!
  4. Thanks for the link to Mantishub - a really useful thing to have access to.
  5. HI Frederf, Thanks again - that's thrashed that out! Finally, just to confirm... you're saying the green inner beacon automatic tuner light (as per my OP) never comes on in the game?
  6. I've also been trawling through the .lua's and haven't, so far, referenced this light :( I would love to know it's [device_commands.XXXXXX] :book:
  7. WOW... Thanks for going into such detail - it is all very complicated - I'll try to set the plane up as per your advice and see if I can get the light to come on. From what I've read so far, I thought the rotary selector enabled you to dial in the correct reference number for a given sector as shown in the kneeboard map followed by pressing the appropriate push button appertaining to the desired station. Thanks again - appreciated.
  8. This is a very interesting read - thank you. I am hoping someone will know the answer to these questions too. There is a green light labelled 'ARC IBN' just to the left of the SORC. I have yet to see this light come on! What is it for? When does it come on? What is it's correct name? Can this light be 'tested' like all the others? Thanks in advance
  9. Congrats Crash... Let us know what you think... I've updated the list and will upload soon
  10. dburne, I am convinced that you are either 'The Milan' himself or failing that, his international sales rep... either way, keep up the good work! LOL

  12. GREAT! I have updated the list and will upload it soon :)
  13. Hi John, I was quite excited when I first read this news but after having a go, I think I need your help to implement it properly. Hopefully, anyone else having similar difficulties will also appreciate you taking the time to explain further. First, a little info... I am referring to DCS 1.5, Mig-21bis and have 'mirrors' checked in the DCS options menu. Prior to reading this post I had already changed the default key bindings in the DCS options menu from RWIN (+Numpad eight) to LWIN (+Numpad eight) because I don't have a RWIN key on my keyboard. It is strange but when i checked the default.lua, I expected to see this change but the original key command was still there. So, now I'm wondering if I have been looking at the right .lua but I've checked your path and it looks right to me. I note some say this is a push/release type command but in my case, this key stroke combo simply turns the periscope/mirror on - there does not appear to be any way to switch it off. Mine isn't a push/hold/release type command... pressing the keys just trigger the ON state and that's it. Nothing happens when the keys are released and further presses do nothing - the mirror just stays on. I tried copying/pasting your code into the default.lua (using notepad++) although I was not entirely sure where this code needs to be placed. I read it just needs to go 'at the end' but exactly where is ambiguous. (clarification / screen shot would be very helpful) I also notice your code refers to the 'M' key and wonder if it is necessary to re-bind the key in DCS options menu to match this? Hope we can get this up and running - it will be so much better.
  14. dburne, it's been a while since you said I had inspired you to get your old stuff on ebay - did you have any joy?
  15. A good idea but I've already watched them so many times I think I know the script off by heart! Oh, Milan has confirmed my order should be on the way some time this month :megalol:
  16. @DD_Crash @Runibl Let us know when you get them and I'll update the list :)
  17. Just read this thread and too late for me to chime in with some help but it seems you've got it sorted now. Here's something to have a play with... I was hoping to run the batch file from a toggle switch in the Helios profile so you kinda launch the profile, flick the switch, the batch runs, flick switch again and the batch exits. Sounds good in theory and dry runs do work as expected but Helios won't launch the batch once DCS takes focus. I have done some googling to no avail but maybe someone will know a way around this.
  18. Shouldn't worry about what colour Milan makes them... all it's gonna take is for your Mrs to start doing a bit of Spring cleaning and yours are gonna be on Ebay :megalol:
  19. To save others also looking this one up... Curmudgeon archaic miser crusty ill-tempered usually old man But, apart from that, a really nice guy! LOL :smartass:
  20. Beeroshima, Too late... I have just purchased the first 1000 :) LOL
