  1. Many thanks for having shared your experience with the MIG-17. Lucky man you are ! You sold it ?
  2. Ah, this move was done to save the batteries, ok. Who talked about perfectionism, huh ! :-)
  3. I know but in the video you can clearly see the battery is turned off and on. I don't see why.
  4. +1 And why turning off/on the battery ? Thanks.
  5. Of course you should if you look for a module that really gives you the possibility to feel like a real Mig-15 pilot. Most of the aircraft systems are functionnals, the FM appears to accurately recreate its flight characteristics, the 3D model is just awesome. All these points would justify the purchase. Multi will develop for sure, do not worry, specially as this plane is now available : the perfect opponent for the Sabre. I just hope its beta state won't last for too long, that's my only request regarding this wonderful module.
  6. For me it works (almost) fine. I managed to contact Krymsk nevertheless Sochi remained silent. Tonnerre de Brest ! Has Sochi forgotten to pay the electricity bill ? :-)
  7. Hum..yes...of course...:megalol: But I wanted to know if there was a technical limitation of waiting to turn on the battery AFTER the engine start.
  8. Chuck, I have two questions about your guide (that is really well done). Why not turning on the battery before asking for the ground power ? How would you use the intercom if the low voltage circuit is not powered ? No flaps for taking off ? You saw that in russian procedures ? Thanks for enlighten me. ;-) Thanks again
  9. Mille mercis !! Many many thanks for your work.
  10. There is another type of gauge, visible here :
  11. And what was it ? It could help those whom had the same problem.
  12. Very informative, thanks !
  13. Ok, I thought the error was just pointed at the texture and not the needle movement. Honestly, I hadn't noticed the way it moved...;-)
  14. I found out that Polish Mig-15, for example, were fitted with clockwise chrono. Maybe they finally thought it was not a good idea and could induce in error the pilot who quickly read the chrono ? Another example of this particular clock :
  15. Nope, they got it right. Definitely not an error.
  16. Hi, Has someone translated the russian manual to get a detailed layout of the cockpit in english ? I figured out what were the most important things but few gauges and lamps remain a mystery for me... Thanks,
  17. An ETA for the full manual in english ? Thx
  18. Nope, the colors indicates the outside air temperatures. You won't need the same pressure inside the cockpit if the outside temp is high or low (the air pressure changes with this last variable).
  19. Hi, I finally managed to sort this out. Many thanks for this mod.
  20. It is not only with the Mig-15 module, I noticed the same bug with the Mig-21. Strangely, the sound reappeared later during the flight...
  21. Thanks LC, I'll give it a try after lunch.
  22. Ask for ground power (radio, F8 - F2 - F1). Don't forget to shut it down before taxiing. ;-) If you already did that, maybe it's something wrong with the fuel cock. Half open from 0 to 1500 RPM and after full open. (If I remember well, it is the home key)
