  1. I preordered on the 18th July and have still not received an invoice.
  2. I ordered on the 18th July, not sure what the lead time is, hopefully not too long.
  3. I drilled a couple of holes in one of the playseat plates and mounted.
  4. Yep, i've now disconnected my CV1 and now solely use the quest 2. You are now able to change the compression using the debug tool. Resolution is excellent considering the cost of the headset. I'm running it on a i7 8700k and a 1080ti. As far as linked with facebook goes, not happy about it but it seems the way of the future. Apparently the Quest 2 has now been hacked so that may get around that issue.
  5. These items are for collection in person from Nottingham, UK. Selling my modded Max Flight Stick with twist throttle Both the cyclic and collective have been modded, The springs on the rudder pedals have snapped but can easily be replaced. Plus Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant 6‑Button USB £450 for the lot Please PM with any questions Quick sale needed on this.
  6. I can't see what DCS can do because it is just part of your throttle axis. If you have a switch that is unused on your collective, you could always position and wire to your own button below the mechanical button and when that is locked it could depress your own button.
  7. Almost 58. My first flight sim was on the Atari st. Mig 29 super fulcrum.
  8. Ok, i've just sat in my pit and loaded up free flight in the huey. I held both touch controllers in respective hands. I normally have my right elbow supported against my body when holding the cyclic and holding the touch in that position felt no different. as long as the virtual hands were holding the on screen cyclic I don't think it would be a problem once the mind gets used to it. The collective was the same. My own problem would be that I have things to the left of my collective which are higher than the in cockpit panels so I would need to move those to get access to the central huey panel.
  9. I think because your hand is wrapped around the touch your mind will allow you to think you are holding the stick/collective as it does holding the gun in dead and buried. My cyclic is non self centering so I find the centre by feel of movement in the helecopter by raising the collective slowly and adjusting until it's at centre.
  10. Lol... That's what I said in my previous post. "A solution would be to use the left touch with the in-cockpit collective then pressing a button to release so you can flick your switch then put your hand back on the collective and press the button. As your hand is wrapped around the touch and if you visually see the on screen hand on the collective it would feel quite real"
  11. I always thought the cv1 sets it's own resolution. What you set in settings is for the monitor. I set my pixel density at 2.0 and then leave the rest at vr settings but it's trial and error.
  12. If you have a spare rotary switch you can program that as a mouse scroll wheel.
  13. A solution would be to use the left touch with the in-cockpit collective then pressing a button to release so you can flick your switch then put your hand back on the collective and press the button. As your hand is wrapped around the touch and if you visually see the on screen hand on the collective it would feel quite real.
