  1. Did you set them up as sites or just individual units? An SA-10 will properly ruin your day if it's functioning.
  2. It also felt backwards to me at first too, after a couple months I've got it down mostly but sometimes I'll still brain fart and push the wrong pedal.
  3. Creating waypoints for targets seems like a lot of work when you just TMS right short and make a mark point instantly.
  4. A program like Magical Jelly Bean can dig up the key for you on your current installation.
  5. My first attempt. g2HW71R6aLw
  6. Best advice I can give is watch the turn indicator, it will give you immediate feedback on how to correct your course during takeoff.
  7. Hmm, sounds like my problem lies between the seat and stick
  8. Just happened to me too, first time trying the 21 in MP, searched and it looks like this still a problem. Any update on this?
  9. Yup, they really need to fix this. I use the center mouse button for my pause and the NWS button on my Warthog conflicts with it, the only solution I've found is to start TIR, then plug in the WH stick after.
  10. I can't believe there isn't anyone else that uses or would like to use a CDU app on a tablet combined with Helios...
  11. They are labeled as "Engine Start Right/Left" under the "Systems" tab make sure they are correctly bound or bind them to something else.
  12. No, as mentioned before there is a separate command (right-cntrl+home and right-alt+home) just to move them from the cut-off position to idle. Once moved out of cut-off your throttle or up-down commands will then move them as you wish.
  13. Hi all. I have a secondary monitor setup with Cougar MFDs and the MFCDs exported. I found a Korean CDU app on the Play store (found here) which I use with a tablet, after some digging with google translate I was able to find the Export.lua file I needed to make it work. Now the trouble comes after I get Helios setup. Helios is great and works fine, but I do not know how to make the CDU Android app work at the same time. I assume I have to combine parts of the export.lua files for each into one, but I'm completely lost here. I have attached the export files needed for both Helios and the CDU app. Any help would be appreciated. CDUExport.lua HeliosExport.lua
  14. Yes the neck/shoulder view mod will cause this with the Huey.
  15. There are several stress tests that can overvolt Haswells if you are running adaptive voltage. Turn on manual voltage and it will not overvolt, once you're satisfied that you've got it stable turn on adaptive voltage again.
  16. I've been wondering what exactly it does too. I turn it on because the engine responds much quicker to throttle changes compared to when it's off.
  17. Appologies for the delay, I've rebuilt my PC with a very much needed CPU/Mobo upgrade and a fresh instal of Win7 64bit on a new SSD. Unfortunately with a fresh DCS instal and absolutely no mods, DCS still will not load into game with UltraMFCD open. Here's the Diagnostics package. Thanks
  18. Glad to hear it's coming! This will be great with my encoder knobs. Biggest thing keeping me out of the 21 right now is lack of being able to map things how I want.
  19. I can't get mine to work. I've used it before but without a dedicated monitor and MFDs I stopped using it. Finally got the monitor with MFDs setup and now when I try to launch a mission (any module) with UltraMFCD launched I get the "DCS Has stopped Working" message. Works fine without UltraMFCD running. Any ideas? Latest version.
  20. I have mine bound to an encoder knob on my button box, it has come in handy a number of times.
  21. I had an X55 for a few days before I decided to spring for the TM WH. The ergonomics of the stick isn't great but not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be. I really do like a lot of the ergonomics of the throttle. I do like the 2 way momentary switches, makes mapping in DCS a lot more simple than toggle switches. I think the stick accuracy is fine except it does have the "center detent" to overcome, something you don't feel in the WH. Also in mine, in the centered position, there was actually a bit of slop with no spring tension, which I really didn't care for. It really doesn't have a great button layout to fly the A-10C, no two stage trigger, no CMS hat, 3 way boat switch mapping is awkward, ect. I sold my X55 to a friend, after a couple months the throttle went haywire, it's currently on RMA and he too bought a WH.
  22. I'm certainly not an expert but I'm thinking use the TGP in FLIR mode to penetrate the cloud layer and drop GBU-38s.
  23. This is the most frustrating thing about DCS A-10 for me. I have no problem taking out Shilkas with the GAU but get in close enough (under .7nm) to kill an MBT with guns and I just get shredded more often than not. There's no way a manually fired MG is that accurate, certainly not when it's being rained down upon with 30mm fury. Frustrating.
  24. Does anyone know when the A-10C left beta? I honestly don't remember if it was still in beta when I bought it, and can't find the answer anywhere.
