I downloaded your track and watched it. About 1 minute after starting the aircraft, you took off from the grass into some trees and landed in some kind of rock formation leaving behind your burning wrecked A-10C. hehehehe I believe the tracks are bugged when the mission gets big, too many things going on for the engine to track it all, I guess.

Hello all! I've been flying, fighting and dying in DCS Blackshark for a couple years now. During this time, I've had many positives but mostly negatives with my fellow AI wingman #2. For the first while it was ok, but after it got a bit hard to fly with him. We still get along but it will never be the same... Hey Sobek. Graphics card is Nvidia GTX 460 768mb. For DCS, I have a dedicated 40GB Intel SSD.

Short vid showing BS & A10C with new intel CPU. This is without enemy units or burning vehicles which reduces my FPS by a lot...but still impressive considering before in the same footage I could hardly do 20 FPS with max settings.

Hey you know after tweaking my Nvidia control panel and changing some of the settings in there, my FPS is now over 60 and drops to about 30 during take-off in large airports..sorry off topic. I changed the "Maximum pre-rendered frames" option to 5, instead of default 3, and noticed a large FPS increase in DCS, especially low altitude over airports. It's strange because I know GPU has little to do with FPS, but for some reason I'm getting better FPS with the above option set to 5. Even with TGP on, on the runway, I can get 30FPS in those 'start from runway FPS killers" and 80-120 FPS+ during 10k+ flight. Just bought and installed i7-2600k with Asus P8P67 Pro and 8GB of RAM.... Performance increase from Q6600 is amazing. I have everything on high and in the most demanding situations it goes no lower then 25-30FPS. BUT - Anytime there are burning vehicles and especially if you are flying low altitude FPS drops to 10-15FPS. Even when I overclock to 4.1Ghz, still get those slow downs. It must be because of beta so I'm not worried. The TGP looks amazing in highest resolution - WOW! :thumbup:

I'm dying to upgrade my poor Q6600. It's really weak with DCS A-10. I'm absolutely going to be getting the SB CPU as soon as it's available.

If you want another 10-15fps improvement, overclock that Q6600 to 3 or 3.2Ghz. I have the exact same system as yours, including the GTX 460. I can say without a doubt the extra 400Mhz on the CPU increased my FPS a lot more then the GTX 460 did.

In Beta 3, this mission crashed on me after the second task from JTAC, everytime I played it. In Beta 4, I get the same error you did. Actually, after that, I got that same error for EVERY mission I tried and had to do a clean install. After clean install, this mission still didn't work, but the others did.
