  1. Thanks for the clarification! Yeah, it's an M.2 SSD.
  2. Does that matter if I would have this on C : drive or the same drive the DCS is on? My C is shrinking fast, especially with all those prime quality F-14 skins piling up in the saved games folder...
  3. In this case here's the good news, the stable update is already here.
  4. A little update, I made your liveries work for me @isoko, as some suggested, I saved the textures in paint.net (BC7, Linear, DX 11+, generate mipmaps - super sampling options), no jaggies anymore. I did this for some of the older ones as well, I can enjoy this eye candy now. These are really pieces of art, you're a genius @isoko (I know it's a different bird and a different time, but still, that weathering...).
  5. Just a quick question about this bird, shouldn't it have a black-red-black stripe marking on it's right wing? Reference:
  6. "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe... Attack planes (chaffing and notching) on fire off the hills of Iran... I watched Phoenixes (Mk60) glitter in the dark (while skimming the earth) near the Persian Gulf. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain... Time to die."
  7. The answer is: Echo19 sound mod for the F-14. Amazing stuff. And has a built in installer right now. Replaces most of the sounds in a unique way. I like it so much, I couldn't make myself to go back since. Edit: download link is in the user files. I personally use it with "hear like a helmet" option on, for an even more authentic feeling.
  8. Thank you Isoko for your work, this pack is definitely a masterpiece. The skins are amazing, however, they seem to be very jaggy compared to others, all the lines and details seem to be very prone to aliasing. Any ideas why it may be the case? I seem to have the same problem with all of your skins (for the F-14, so far).
  9. I see, thanks for the input! Ok, understood, thanks for the response.
  10. Huh, are you sure those were the bombs loaded on the ship, not some land air base? I thought the ablative fire-resistant coating was a Navy standard soon after the 1967 Forrestal fire.
  11. Would it be possible to add the fire resistant coated bombs (like the ones that on the F-14B VF-32 Swordsman (2000) livery) to at least a couple of the others of those later Tomcat liveries? Pretty please.
