It's more complex. There were more than one color for each gun. As I read (and it's correct in Cliffs of Dover), pilots can change color for the last bullet to have a visual warning there were low. They used for exemple 500 bullet with yellow color. Then 100 with the red one. But like gun convergence (hope to see it one day), it was possible for luftwaffe crew to have the ammo of their choice (not all the pilots could choice their ammo but it was common for aces). Gun convergence was a common modification for every pilot (but some squadron had preset for new pilots).

Yes it's the same gunsight. It was standard gunsight in 1944-1945 (Ez 42 Gyro was not used on lot of plane). If you look carefully to late war german plane (Me 262, Me 163, Bf 109 and Fw 190, ...) you get always the same gunsight. But before 1944 there were different gunsight for differents plane but they where all working the same way. Those gunsight have a calibrated circle taht allow you to measure distance with the target. Imagine a B 17 (30 m large). If you can place 2 B17 next to each other in the circle, you make this simple math : 2 x 30 x 10 (always x 10) = 600 ===> The B 17 is 600 m away from you. This way to work is applied on all german gunsight from begining of the war to the end. Only the EZ 42 gyro is different.

You have really good information by looking in Cliffs of Dover. As you can select your munition for your plane. As I remember of this game, it's similar to what is in those picture. But I'm looking after more informations. As I don't speak german, maybe look on http://www.luftarchiv.de/ There are lot of informations on Luftwaffe. I don't see a part about munitions but there are part dedicated to the armaments. Maybe someone who speak german can find something interresting.

Look on the Fw 190D9 and Bf 109K4. They all switch to yellow.

Ok it work now ! So we tried on diferent map with Bf 109 and Fw 190. It wasn't working. Today no update (or I missed it ^^ don't look when game start) and it work. So I don't know ^^ (I didn't modify my game at all :p )

It is correct in game. The sight you show was used until the A6 or A7 version. A8 and A9 had the one we have. It was a standard gunsight at the end of war (Bf 109, Me 262, Me 163, ... )

If i understand clearly the post you linked, it'es a problem with the menu itself. Me it isn't the menu but the fact that ground crew don't answer (vocal and write) when I ask for something. But they do it. Ask for rearm - no answer - ... - *rearm complete (can see on external view) - no message from ground crew to tell me it's over.

I think 3D don't work but function yes. The model show them only on but if you click on it it seems it work.

Yes it is placed on the plane RPM indicator. Was talking about the break limit. I know it's 2800 for Bf 109 K4 but I don't know for the Fw 190 A8. ^^ -

Hello, When taking the 250 kg bomb, the indicator (red light) on the panel between my legs (MV/OV selector) don't seems to turn on for me. Bomb seems to work fine. It seems it's only a broken light bulb ! :D Like the other bug, I'll get picture as fast as possible (but can't now)

Maybe, I'll make more try when I can :) But the fact i get it working at 3500 m at the exact moment I move throttle make it weird to me. When moving throttle in other test I get supercharger on around 2000 m (with similar parameters). Don't know exactly how the automatisation work so that why I write "Bug ?" ^^ Thanks ;)

Hello, I didn't know where to post it. It seems that the ground crew (and maybe more) don't answer anymore. No sound and no "white message on top of the screen". But they still act. Ask for rearm : No "copy" No "rearm complete" But rearm was done correctly. Happened with Fw 190 and Bf 109 yesterday. Had the same with refuel. (Sorry if it was already report somewhere else).

I was around 1.2 Ata at start (1500 m) and was moving RPM manually to stay à 2400 - 2500 (forget to tell that sorry). I could see Ata going down when increasing altitude (going to about 1.1 or a bit less). Supercharger should give me back more ata when getting on. And it get on only when I move throttle again (3500 m). So I think the supercharger work fine but it feels like there is an interaction with throttle to start it. I don't have the same feeling with Bf 109 and Fw 190 D9. Edit : I can maybe make a short video later (maybe not today). I'm at work :p

Hello, If I get close to the sight with track IR, I see the cross going forward as it should. But at one moment it go trough the armor at the bottom of the windshield. Sorry no track but simply move forward with track ir would show it. :pilotfly:

Stick section in code (control) Yes but you should not be able to hit the button behind the stick with safety on. It would be weird that you can't in other plane and you can in this one.

Hello, Turning the knob at the left of the plane (all switch seems on my right) but I don't see light on instrument. They don't turn into Hulk color. No track again sorry. Getting the bug I found in separate post :) :pilotfly:

Hello, I think there is a little bug with supercharger. I wanted to test the auto activation. But I can't see it activate from 1500 to 3500 m. No track again sorry. But my test : Starting at 1500 and don't touch throttle while increasing altitude. At 3500 a stop trying and touch the throttle and at this exact moment the supercharger seems to turn on. Then I fly with this beast and it seems that the supercharger get on at correct altitude (arround 2000 m) but only if I'm moving throttle. If I don't touch it, it don't seem to start. Don't know if it's normal or if I make a mistake with it. :pilotfly:

Hello ! As I explained in a previous post (was thinking I can post all in one :p ) When flying manual RPM, I can go to 3500 RPM with the engine not dying. I don't know the exact max value for RPM on Fw 190 but I'm sure it's less. And for 3500 RPM I see tempurature increase but I don't see it going over 100°C. (I was at 500 km/h at sea level on normandy. Maybe I fly enough fast to cool the engine). But 3500 without engine problem is a problem. Sorry no track to give here. But switch to manual and full RPM and you will see :pilotfly:
